AlHazred
What the heck, it's been about a year, and Trebuchet didn't know about them, so... If you've ever needed maps for a moonbase in your game, well, why not use the maps of the first moonbase? That's right, Moonbase Alpha of Space: 1999 fame. One artist fan spent a lot of time making vector drawings of the base exterior and floorplans, then made them available for free online. Just click "Alpha Plans" on the left side of the screen, download the pdfs and enjoy. Apparently, he made them for an exhibit in 1999, where they were printed in very large size and pinned up on displays - that must have been something to see. Blue Jogger
Re: Moonbase Maps It looks like the majority of the base fits in 150 meter radius which works out to about 18,000 hexes or so. Round up to 20,000 hexes (because it only costs 2 points more), I think we can call that SIZE 34pts
Dr. Anomaly
Re: Moonbase Maps Wow...that's GREAT!!! Thanks a bundle! I admit, I have much more fondness for that show than I should...enough that I bought the box set...even though there was so much about the writing and the scientific inaccuracies that drive me up the wall...
