Star*Drive Hero

Anyone here familiar with the Star*Drive setting for the old Alternity game??

 

Seems to me that, in addition to being an interesting setting to use, it could also serve as a great source for stealing ideas and material for filling in parts of Terran space in either the Terran Empire or Galactic Federation eras ( need a cyberpunkish planet?? borrow material from Voidcorp ).

I don't have a conversion really either but I ran a Hero game based off of Star Drive for about a year. Just made the tech stuff up as I went along. I will look at my notes and see if I still have it. It ran well and everyone seemed to enjoy it.
