P.S. I always thought CLOWN would work best in a campaign where THEY were the PCs and the NPC "heroes" were arrogant stuffed-shirts. That way the players could relish the pranks and have the fun of frustrating the sort of sperheroes wh thoroughly deserved to be frustrated. Anyone want to help research a Wikipedia article on CLOWN?
