Lex Luthor gives up trying to take on Superman and instead uses his great wealth and corporate power to pull various semi-legal scumbag schemes that he knows Superman will be powerless against. Unfortunately, real-life CEOs also begin using those ideas to great effect and screw the economy for some short-term gain, YET AGAIN.
