If from work, there is IMO a possibility of it being a firewall/security issue, or just a "we don't want you going to 'these sites'". If from home, perhaps your address is blocked for some reason. It springs to my mind that Drak.Net is very anal about spam and maintains very tight firewalls. If anyone from a certain IP has had a password failure on Drak' date=' for instance, that [i']whole IP[/i] will be blocked. So it could be that certain routes to the site end up passing through IPs that Drak has blocked. Depending on distance and chance, that would/could explain why the problem is intermittent for some, and persistent for others. Try to connect once and you are blocked because you've come through a blocked IP. Try again and you get through because this time your route bypasses that blocked IP. Depending on how far you are from a blocked IP, you could be "prohibited" from accessing the site ever, to only having the problem crop up once in a blue moon. I'm no web genius, but having just dealt with a similar issue, it make sense to my poor, tired head. There were others who had similar connectivity issues that now seem to be resolved.
