Joe Walsh
AC/DCs T.N.T. album. I'd forgotten what a great album that is. I listened to so much AC/DC in my youth that I don't really bother much anymore. Decades later I can still "play" any of their songs in my head, essentially. But I decided to throw on the first side of T.N.T. this morning on the way to work, and I gotta say pulling into the parking lot at work with the title track playing was pretty awesome. Bon Scott was such a clever lyricist, and as a performer he did a great job of selling sexy, or funny, or lascivious, or goofy, or menacing, or whatever an individual song or line called for. Much respect.

BigJackBrass
A friend popped over at the weekend and played me a song she was working on for her ukulele group. Despite the fact that, I discovered later, it was a huge viral hit a decade ago, has spin-off video games and began as a major safety campaign for a train company, I'd never heard it before. Now I've bought the single, been learning the ukulele chords and can't get the blasted thing out of my head. Dumb Ways to Die on YouTube. Ternaugh
The reconstructed 1967 version of Days of Future Passed by the Moody Blues. It was discovered in 1972 that master tape of the original mix was damaged, and the album was remixed in stereo, and it was only this remixed version that was available on CD until the 50th anniversary edition release. That release included a reconstructed version of the 1967 mix. Pariah
