yamamura
Re: What Are You Listening To Right Now? A rather effective cover of In The Ghetto by Nick Cave. Another neat find on Pandora. That sounds way cool. I have Murder Ballads by Nick Cave and the Bad Seed. I need to check iTunes to see if I can get it.
Guest Suleyman Rashid
Re: What Are You Listening To Right Now? Modest Mouse and now O Fortuna from Carmina Burana. Flashbacks to this afternoon. Excalibur was on AMC.

I need to check iTunes to see if I can get it. It was. I liked it quite a bit. Definitely took it in a different direction than Elvis Presley or Natalie Cole. This was only my second exposure to him. I previously heard Red Right Hand by Cave on Songs In The Key of X, the X-Files TV soundtrack. Oh, and Virginia Moon by the Foo Fighters is playing right now. Ternaugh
Re: What Are You Listening To Right Now? Styx, playing "I Will Be Your Witness", followed by Damn Yankees playing "Damn Yankees". Apparently, my jukebox program was in a Tommy Shaw mood. JoeG

Speaking of jukebox programs in weird moods, Pandora just finished Gypsies In The Palace by Jimmy Buffett and are now playing Tymps (The Sick In The Head Song) by Fiona Apple. I'd always thought he was a creation of my departed pedophile boys choir director. Kind of fun to find out someone actually recorded something under that name. PDQ Bach....the last and the least of the many children of Johann Sebastian Bach...is the alter-ego of Peter Schickele. Think of it as the "Weird Al" of the Classical set. Oh, and I'm now listening to "Physical" by Olivia Newton-John through the usb line from my Hi-MD unit into my computer. JoeG No choirboys were harmed in making this posting.
