Aroooo
My brain must be locked up by the snow DC is getting... I know its in the book, but I just can't find it. What is the formula for calculating KPH or MPH from inches of movement? Aroooo
MisterVimes
Movement times SPD times 0.37 = MPH
Agent Escafarc
I don't think that is in Fred I know there was a chart in the BBB. But you can take inches/turn time .3 to get KPH.

nblade
I know those are the conversions from the BBB, but I was doing it by hand one day and it came out a bit different. We know the following 1 turn = 12 seconds 5 turns = 1 min 300 turns = 1 hour 1" = 2 meters 1000 meters = 1 km X = inches per turn Here where I start to make some assumptions along the lines. Inches per turn * 2 meters * 300 Turns = meters per hour meters per hour /1000 meters = km per hour At least that seems right to me, I'd like to know if I've messed up some basic math again. aylwin13
I have an Excel spreadsheet that someone posted on their website. You fill in your Speed, inches in Running, Flight, Swimming (combat and NC) and it tells you the MPH & KPH, IIRC. The file is on my PC at home so I will post it to this thread later this evening. I didn't realize that I couldn't insert .xls files in a post. If anyone would like this file they can send me a private message. I can e-mail it to them. If anyone can suggest a way to post an .xls file ( I don't have a website here) let me know.

It won't let you attach it below? If not email it to me and I will ftp it to my site and link it here.

I have even added the KPH conversion to it. The Excel file can be found here. Thanks, again, MisterV. P.S. A big D'OH for me. This file is already available in the Free Stuff, but this version has the KPH converter already on it. :o
