Cancer Posted December 18, 2013 Report Share Posted December 18, 2013 Though i am reminded of a graph of the estimated mass of Pluto as a function of time that I saw published in the 1980s (right after Charon was discovered and the first real-data mass estimate was available). They had a projected date for when Pluto would go to zero mass, and then asked the question whether it would go to negative mass or imaginary mass after that. Been a long time since I thought about that; I'll see if I can track it down.
