More of a problem with some of the books though. Well, that didn't bother me so much -- I could just ignore or remove whoever I don't like. For my part I dislike it for its lack of coherence and history. There's all the stuff you expect for D&D, but no explanation for why it's where it is, how it got to be the way it is. No sense of how it all ties together. It's just thrown together for gamers to play in. It's a setting, but it isn't a world. I suppose that reveals my personal bias.
