Edsel
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects I'd like to contiune making a version of Bubblegum Crisis Hero. However, since I am actively running a Dark Champions (among other things) I don't know how much time I'll be able to devote to it.
Matt Frisbee
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects Well, since my Star Hero project got abandoned, and my Infinity Crisis campaign of Champions is starting to get really good, I'd say that my Post-Apocalypse Campaign preliminary work is my pet project for 2006. Labrat
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects I've been fomulating a genre-crossing theme thus-far called 'The Unseen' that I'm going to adapt to the Valdorian Age first but ultimately it's meant for Star Hero. Not that it's going to be 'cross-genre', it's just going to be a formulaic outline that can be emplaced into any genre. I would like to ultimately try it with all the published genre books. I also want to churn out a few 'modules' for the Turakian Age setting with the intention for free distribution.
Cancer
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects Working up a campaign for my family. Three PCs: my two kids (ages 9 & 10) and wife. Generating gameworld material now, mostly from deep memory of a made-up world created back in my own late childhood; this means stuff is reasonably well defined but in no form of storage other than my cerebral cortex, for which there is no high-bandwidth output interface. Genre is poorly characterized, a mishmash of martial artists, Saturday Morning cartoons, furries, anod other stuff. I doubt I'll have much of this to share in these fora, though I can always hope for good gaming table quotes.

TheRavenIs
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects Get my Time Travel/Dimensional travel game up and running. Continue to run my Junp Start (Champions Game) so it can get into time sync with the other game it's tried to. Work on other hero projects. As I get new idea's. Also doing a little work on the Union Chronicles... my post-apoc campaign... set in a future history of the Wardens Chronicles where things went really wrong... lots of ideas in my head and some notes from previous versions of the campaign... skeleton website is up at http://union.angeva.com... not much up but a few flavor stories... Susano
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects Scads of stuff... Off the top of my head, I am currently working on the definitive Conan character sheet. I just finished reading The Hour of the Dragon, then I need to read A Witch Shall be Born, and I'll be done with The Bloody Crown of Conan and can get started on The Conquering Sword of Conan. Then comes character sheets for Conan, Hyborian ghouls, gray apes, and some other creatures. I'd like to get back to Usagi Yojimbo Hero. Offer character sheets for the creatures found in The World of Kong. Get round to revising/updating/expanding Silent Mobius Zeta. Continue working on Kazei 5 2.0. OddHat
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects I'd like to finish my Wold Newton Superhero Universe. Add everything to my web site, character guidelines, sample characters from each period, that sort of thing. A Digital Hero article or two would be fun to do. I've got some ideas I think might work. Mantis
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects Well, my 2005 project detonated on the launchpad, so I thought I'd try something completely different - a Star Hero setting, with an emphasis on the Military side of things. Nolgroth
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects My 2006 Pet Gaming Project goal is to actually .... game. Seriously. I have played in like three actual role-playing sessions since the beginning of 2005. Two of those were online (and they were cool) and one was face to face (which wasn't so cool). Old Man
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects My 2006 Pet Gaming Project goal is to actually .... game. Seriously. Yeah, that would be nice. My problem is that I keep making characters in my head, but they never get a chance at herodom that they deserve. It's really sad.
Mantis
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects My 2006 Pet Gaming Project goal is to actually .... game.I've already given up on that idea - between work, wife, kids and studies, it ain't gonna happen. I'll have to satisified with the intellectual exercise of creating settings or characters, assuming I manage to find some random spare time somewhere along the line. Captain Obvious
Re: Your "2006" Pet Gaming Projects Obviously, The Question Man is not going to let my lazy answer stand. He PM'ed me with questions about my 1) mass combat expansion rules, 2) my fantasy frontier setting, and 3) which one I'm working on. Here are my answers, for anyone interested. 1) It's not. I haven't really looked at it in forever, despite intentions to do so. 2) Currently stalled. The skeleton is done, and all I'm doing now is adding enough fluff so that it makes sense to someone besides myself, and fleshing out the world a little. I just haven't been able to throw myself into it for a little while. 3) The fantasy frontier, when I do anything at all.
