Let's see . . . the sword has powers against undead, and Roy's dad appears to be a ghost at the moment . . .

You are thinking the way I am thinking here...

He might not even try it, but it will likely not work. Undead are clasically on the Negative part of the Positive/Negative Energy axis.

There is at least one suplement that introduces "good Undead". The "Unliving" or something like that? In any case, they are undead powered by positive energy. So they are normally healed/hurt by healing and damaging spells.

Since his soul is stuck in "Heavens Foyer", I would guess he is a positive energy undead while manifested.

Roy's dad is getting worse and worse though. It might being an undead that is making him less human and more evil. Same thing happened to Xyzon.

He has always been a douche though.

Again, I am doubt he is a negative energy undead like Xykon.

Of course I doubt he will not be juged for what he did while waiting before the gate.

We know he is righteous-something. With the something I asume to be neutral.

Having a ghost affair the moment his wive is dead?

Saying to a Externar to "deliver something", they destroying said item?

Condoning V making a literall deal with the Devil (and Demon and the Fiend too)?

There is at least enough non Righteous to get him banned into true neutral territory.

When Roy is being evaluated, he makes a statement about his father's action and how his father can "go to Hell" something along those lines. The one judging Roy says, "We're well past the point of that being an actual possibility." I'm wondering how much his actions in the afterlife will impact his destination. Don't get me wrong, Roy's dad certainly strains the Good side of Lawful Good to the breaking point and the Lawful as well
