Genre-crossover nightmares

Explanation first: Wife is eating from a fancy cracker box, whose label said "Mango and Ginger".


I misread it into "Mongo and Ginger", imagining the characters from Blazing Saddles and Gilligan's Island in their own mash-up comedy.


Y'know, I've seen worse concepts on the air....

Inspired by the Cassini spacecraft and V'Ger from the first Star Trek movie:


They sent it to the planet, left to burn up in the atmosphere. But it survived, gaining great power. Now it has returned to wreak vengeange on those who left it to die. It is:
