Given an attack (EB or RKA) built with both AOE 1 Hex Acurate and Continuous. (The intended sfx is that of Cyclops of X-men.)
When used to attack a target initially it uses the AOE 1 Hex accurate rules. On a later phase does it still stay 'locked on' to the target even if they move? Or does the AOE force the attack to stay on the initially targeted hex per the rules governing default AOE powers like CE, Darkness and Images?
