If a gamemaster wants to define a non-standard Damage Reduction working against a specific class of SFX, such as "Magic DR" or "Psionic DR," would it apply only to the things that Damage Reduction normally protects against, e.g. STUN and BODY Damage and Mental Powers? Or would it reduce other kinds of damage that fit within the specified SFX, including Flashes and Adjustment Powers?
