Question

Hi Steve. In an earlier post, you gave this answer:

Yes. If Healing has the Variable Effect Advantage' date=' the restriction on re-using Healing applies per Characteristic/Power/whatever applied to. For example, if a character uses Healing 1d6, Variable Effect (any one Characteristic at a time) to Heal someone’s STUN, the re-use restriction then applies to STUN, but not any other Characteristic. A couple minutes later he could use it to Heal the same target’s PRE; then the re-use restriction applies to PRE starting at that point.[/quote']

The question I have (a point of clarification, really), is: After Healing STUN, then PRE (like above), does the re-use restriction applies to both (all, really) of the Characteristics/Powers/whatever and not just the latest one Healed? I think it'd be both/all, but your answer was a bit vague to me. :)

Re: Variable effect Healing - Followup

It applies to each one separately, as I stated. If you Heal STUN at 12:02 PM, you can't Heal STUN again until 12:02 PM the next day. However, at 12:03 PM you could Heal PRE; then you couldn't Heal PRE again until 12:03 PM the next day.
