If the Old Post Archives were still available, I'd tell you to look at the

"Please review my Space Opera villain" thread that Dizzy Dan (a.k.a.

The Planet Lord) had going for a while a couple of years ago. He had

several NPCs (one Evil Overlord type, his four lieutenants, and the

EO's good-girl sister) that were designed for his Space Opera HERO

campaign.

Ok, first piece of tech

 

Laser Blade, basicaly a Lightsaber, have not decided on damage, recomendations will be accepted

 

xd6 RKA, AVLD: vs ED FF (+3/4), does Body, 0 END, OAF, No Range

 

FF will be fairly common for personal safty, but at small levels (2-5 points)

 

right now, I am leaning towards 2d6

7 Autoseal: 1d6 Healing (Regeneration); Reduced END (0 END;

+1/2), Persistent (+1/2) (20 Active Points); Extra Time (1 Turn;

-1 1/4), Suit Only (-1/2)

 

Total Cost: 31 points

 

Make the OIF the fishbowl helmet rather than a belt and.......

Life support will be the same but only 1 min of air

 

No regen (Practicaly unbreakable)

 

Backpack will add 5 hours of air and flight
