Posted September 23, 200717 yr comment_55365 Typically heroic campaigns use knockdown rather than knockback but some attacks I would think should still do knockback such as a fire hose or getting smacked with something really big. How would you purchase an attack that does knockback in a heroic campaign that is using knockdown rules by default?

Buy tK as a linked attack to throw targets. C) Buy tK as the main attack, and use the grab and throw maneuver instead of strike for really big smackers. D) Work out with the GM the cost of an advantage to do Knockback. Since both of your examples sound like double knockback as well, and double knockback is pretty pricey for what you get, simply having double knockback might be enough.
