Variable advantage

I have a speed control I use on mega scale movement. I use the variable advantage with limitation only useable for megascale and reduced end. So using 1/2 end, 0 end, +1/4 megascale, and +1/2 megascale advantages would that be 2 advantages or 4 for the perpose of getting the cost break on variable advantage. (if limited to 4 advantages to chose from variable advantage is worth 1/4 less of an advantage). (I understand either way you get the cost break just always been curious if it works the way i think it does).

That's up to the GM. Personally I'd count Reduced Endurance as one (in either form); MegaScale I might look more closely at, but again would probably count as one. But other GMs might differ.
