altamaros
Hello. a rather obvious issue so sorry if i missed the explanation somewhere. i would like to apply a "No range" limitation (-1/2) to a constant power (Suppress). nothing bitchy there ... But my question is is the limitation : "no range to start" (the PC must hit with a HTH attack and then he can just walk away) or "no range to maintain" (the PC must maintain the contact with the target as long as he wants to affect it with the power) and then, the other question : How much do i charge for each of these limitations ? - No range (start) - No range (maintain)
Steve Long
The No Range Limitation means No Range to activate/use the power; after that the character can put some distance between himself and his target. If the character has to maintain contact with the target to maintain a Constant effect, increase the value of No Range to -1.

Hello.
a rather obvious issue so sorry if i missed the explanation somewhere.
i would like to apply a "No range" limitation (-1/2) to a constant power (Suppress). nothing bitchy there ...
But my question is
is the limitation :
"no range to start" (the PC must hit with a HTH attack and then he can just walk away)
or
"no range to maintain" (the PC must maintain the contact with the target as long as he wants to affect it with the power)
and then, the other question :
How much do i charge for each of these limitations ?
- No range (start)
- No range (maintain)
