Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine With all the wintry ice types, I better try my hand at balancing this: HELLFIRE. Villain. Specializing in Area effects and fire constructs. I thought about giving him a flowing cape so he could cast a shadow like Batman, BUT. Its a lot more fun to let him conjure great bat-like wings of living fire. Speaking of wintry types, I did a villain pic on paper some time ago of a Russian baddie, and based it on Pyro's design (from the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants), but gave it a different head (one with a crew cut and mirrored, single-lens sunglasses). I wound up calling him Byeyla Smert (White Death); I'll have to see if I can come up with a close approximation of the character in Fabrica. Pariah
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Another heroine to fight off those hellfire-types. Phoenix, Arizona is about the last place you'd expect to find a superheroine with ice powers, but when this young lady's mutant powers manifested themselves, that's what happened. She can control ice and cold in the usual ways, but she has another cold-based power that's not commonly seen: She can condense the fluids in and around her own body to make herself tougher, stronger, and more massive. She's slower than usual when using her powers this way, but her added strength more than makes up for the difference. She is . . . Arctic! Mechanically, she had a had a cold-based Multipower, one (ultra) slot of which was Density Increase. She also had a high DEX and SPD, both of which dropped when she activated her DI.
