Tom
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine re-doing the character image for one of my player's fashion model brick, Tremor. First image is as close as I could come to her old DC animated look. Second two are just playing around with alternate looks. She's not as bad as Janet van Dyne, but she's a fashion model married to a fashion designer...
Pariah
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine I drafted Colossus today over on the NGD Superdraft. Given that it's the Fourth of July, I began to wonder what Colossus' costume might have looked like had he been born in the USA instead of the USSR. This is what I came up with: Colossus USA! Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Awesome images guys. I like the Bruce Timm version a little more' date=' I assume it's still up and available? Is there a link and is it still in Portuguese?[/quote'] Yes, there's a link, and it's in the very first post of this thread. Once you get there, you've got a choice as to which version you want to use: Hero-a-Matic, Fabrica Animated Style, Fabrica 2009, Fabrica 2010, or Fabrica 2011. Hero-a-Matic, from what I can tell, is geared primarily toward creating fantasy- style characters for settings like D&D or similar games, while the other four are capable of creating just about any type of character from fantasy to modern, as well as sci-fi. Language-wise, they're all in Portugese (as far as I've seen); Fabrica 2009, how- ever, does have an option that lets you change the language from Portugese to English, and it's at the top of the screen (two icons representing the flags of the U.S. and Brazil). Of the versions that I've been able to use, Fabrica 2010 has the most options for creating character pictures. I can't tell you if Fabrica 2011 has the same features or not; every time I've tried to use it, it won't do anything. EDIT: I goofed when I called the fantasy character creator Hero-A-Matic; it's actually Hero-o'-Matic. Major Tom 2009
Tom
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine The images I've been posting lately are 2011. I will note that F2011 is not intuitive. After selecting your option from the 'Item' drop down, you need to click on the large 'N' (novo) immediately below it on the next row for it to appear on the screen. Sentack
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Somehow I missed that the link was on the first post, for some reason I thought it was buried in the thread more. I just checked out the site and interestingly enough, Chrome auto-translated it for me, but of course not the apps themselves. Still, pretty cool toolset. I'll try them out, some.
