She too is an excorcist, who can summon spirit creatures (in her instance it's mystical white tigers) to fight for her. As a side note, she's the sister of Shadow-hime. He can control the local weather to a degree, but so far he mostly just likes to zap the villains with lightning. One hopes that he will develop subtlety (and a little imagination) as time goes by. Pariah
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine She lost an eye in a childhood accident. In college, the iris of her remaining eye turned red and she discovered that if she focused her will power, she could generate powerful laser laser blasts that emanated from her eye. She was recruited by a mysterious government agency to find and train other metahumans to protect the innocent and fight crime and terrorism. She jumped at the chance. What was she going to do with a degree in comparative literature, anyway? Red Eye!
Pariah
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine All the pieces are now in place. At last, the team can be revealed. Metallica: She can convert her body into an ultra-strong metal alloy. She's the team's powerhouse. Splice: He can imitate the unusual DNA of anyone he sees. He temporarily gains their powers when he does so. Panther: She's a combat specialist with exceptional agility and really sharp claws. Red Eye: She recruited the rest of the team, and is the undisputed team leader. Also, she can fire powerful laser blasts from her remaining eye. Thunderfist: He can control the weather in a small area. The team is helping him to learn to control his impulsive behavior, too. Gunmetal Ghost: Being the team's stealth, reconnaissance, and infiltration specialist is easier when you can walk through walls. Riposte: In addition to being a world-class fencer and acrobat, she can also move from one place to another without going through the space in between. Together, they fight to protect the innocent and to bring the bad guys to justice. They are: Project XY!

The Arc
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Hanako-san Hanako couldn't deal with it anymore. The constant bullying by the other girls in her class had driven her over the edge. Tears streamed down her face as she hid in the girl's restroom. With a pen knife that she had stolen from her teacher, Hanako slit her wrist. Blood slowly oozed from her wrist as she sat down on the tiled floor. Soon all the pain and misery would be a thing of the past and she would be free. That was when a voice from the restroom mirror came to her. "Hanako-san," the voice said, "are you really that weak?" "Yes, yes I am," she said weaping on the floor her life's blood making kanji patterns on the floor. "It doesn't have to be that way," the voice came again, "I can give you the strength. The strength to take revenge on those who hurt you so." Hanako felt cold and her arm felt like it weighed a ton. She wouldn't listen to the voice. "Get up you silly girl," the voice commanded. Almost against her will, Hanako stumbled up to the mirror over the sink, the pool of blood at her feet making it difficult to stand because it was slippery. Her eyes focused and unfocused in moments and she could've swore she saw something in the mirror, a sword. A sword of pulsing red, unlike Hanako had ever seen before, and it was coming towards her. She almost stumbled again but grabbed the sink for support. "Who are you?" she croaked, her mouth seemed so dry. "I am Shini-no-Tsurugi, the Sword of Death," came the reply, "wield me and all those you deserve me shall feel our wrath." With hesitant bleeding hands Hanako reaching into and through the mirror and latched upon the blade of katana and drew it forth in the world. Blood splattered upon every clean surface in the restroom and the windows shattered, and the door was blown off of its hinges. The next day at school no one noticed that Hanko was in class, except maybe those who tormented her so. The school janitor was upset that someone had vandalised the girls' restroom breaking everything they could but no one give much thought into it. The next day was different and everyone in school was scared. Another girl had disappeared. Certainly no one cared that Hanako had gone missing, but this other girl was not only cute but popular as well. A day later her severed head was found in the toilet of the girls' rest room. Police were called in but other than the head no other evidence was found. No one saw the malevolent image of a girl holding a glowing sword gently in the crux of her arm. However, unlike Hanzo, Suzu keeps her blade sealed in an extradimensional space behind the seals that are tattooed on her chest. The Arc
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine For those who're interesting in the concepts that I'm working on for these "excorcist" characters, I'm following these concepts. The exorcists are grouped as such, Tamers are exorcists that can summon familiars (which are supernatural beings), Knights which are exorcists who fight with swords (usually magical in someway), Dragoons are similar to Knight, except that the fight with firearms (I've most just used pistol in my images, but they could use others), Doctors are exorcists who have a healing touch or a well versed in herbalism, accupuncture, or even Western medicine, and lastly are the Aria whom use chants and such to combat the forces of darkness. To make things more interesting I've also included the five elements (Wood, Fire, Water, Metal, and Earth) along with their corresponding colors (Green, Red, Black (okay I made an exemption here, I use Blue instead), White, and Yellow). So here a tally if anyone interested: Bayyoko-hime: Metal Tamer Bubblegum: Wood Aria Hanzo: Water Knight Mariko: Earth Doctor O-kaze the Dragoon: Fire Dragoon Red Cape: Fire Dragoon Suzu: Fire Knight Yukio: Wood Aria
The Arc
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Also as a side note, Kanji while is an Aria, I didn't follow the color scheme for the five elements for him because I hadn't thought that far ahead at the time.
