Dude! My couch is bigger than that! I've seen the Phantom Corsair in person and it's longer and wider than that (and probably at least 1/2 meter taller). The actual car seats six people, four of them in the front (bench) seat and two more in rear-facing seats behind the front bench.

Like the heat ray pistol from the Gadget book, the gunners do not choose which MP slot to use- the GM determines if a target is flammable or not, and applies the appropriate attack.

 

This vessel can carry dozens of the listed bombs. Some of these bombs have a seven minute fuse on their TNT nosecone, instead of the heat Trigger. This timed fuse often results in rescue worker fatalities.

 

The saucer shaped hull does not provide a significant radar profile, and the antigravity engines do not emit much heat or sound. This design features a double hull of Victalen armor. A later design features a energy-charged outer hull for even greater durability.

Edit: *There will be a momentary delay while I try to say what I intended to, rather than what I posted in the first place.*

 

Would it have been less expensive to buy just one attack with a "sticky versus flammable targets" advantage/limitation in the first place, then pay 5 points to have another so you have two guns, one dorsal, one ventral (and presumably crew-served)?

Maybe not - the vehicle as written has one dorsal gun and two ventral guns.

Well, aerodynmaic principles are the same all over the world, and if you have the same mission in mind, it's not impossible that two separate designers would come up with very similar designs.

 

Of course, it's not like most of the designs copied were ever really that secret either...
