The water isn't as hard as it sounds. That's eight 16-oz drinks.

If you eat three meals a day and snack twice, and drink two glasses with the meals and one with each snack, that does it.

Wanted to comment on this, but it made sense to take it to here.  Recently picked up a couple ounces of "long pepper" -- and these blow black peppercorns out of the water in terms of fruitiness and complexity!
