That's pretty darn strong. Invisibility + Multiform + 45 PRE in a multipower... that's like stealing. His defenses being low are a good compensation. Wizards are supposed to be glass cannons unless they're solo adventurers. It's a trope.

 

Multiform will be for animal forms, probably on the non combat side, so not so grand

As part of the project 275 guide lines certain details are to be left open for a player to fill in (Gender, some background details)

 

The basic concept is that Robin Goodfellow, known to some as Puck, a Fairy of the court of Oberon, and renowned trickster had relations with a young lady in the mid 40's
