MP adding to a power outside of framework

A character (Power Armor type) has a simple power setup, with no framework including

8d6 EB 0 End

10" Flight, Variable Advantage (+1/2 advantages), 1/2 End (+1/4)

+15 STR, 0 END, NCM

What I am thinking would be interesting is if he also had a MP that included the above powers, without the reduced END modifier, and increased END x10 to represent him drawing more power from the armor. I am not sure of the legality of it however

Re: MP adding to a power outside of framework

I've used them for MPs of Naked Advantage Powers, and would allow for other Powers as well.

As for getting HeroDesigner to note it - NOTES section. For Powers that add up (like Movement and Characteristics) there's "Add to Primary or Secondary Value" pull down.

Yeah, notes are nice and free-form, but I was really looking for something that I could flag, like the Primary/Secondary pulldown, that would make it read +4D6 Energy Blast, x3 END Cost...rather than having to spell it out explicitly.
