Seacouver, Washington: take 4

I'm trying it again. This time, Seacouver is the universe's version of Seattle. It's a modern seaport, has a lot of high-tech industry, and is silver/bronze age in style.

It also has a lot of precipitation. According to one chart, between 1961 and 1990, the annual precipitation was between 25 and 40 inches.

Some of the sights in the Seacouver area are the Cascade Range and the Olympic National Forest, which surrounds both the Olympic Mountains and the Olympic National Park

Closer to home, we have the Seacouver Center (AKA the Seattle Center), where the Space Needle is, and the Lake Washington Ship Canal, which is crossed by five drawbridges and two regular bridges. Near the western side of the canal is a dam with two locks and a fish ladder.

The gang from The Sentinel is there as is the cast of Frasier. KACL is among the city's radio stations and Seacouver Grace Hospital has a level-one trauma center.

Edit: Both Seacouver Grace Hospital and KACL are in Seacouver's Ballard neighborhood. The Ballard Bridge, a two-leaf bascule bridge, which carries 15th Avenue over the eastern part of Salmon Bay, is within walking distance of both buildings.
