Kal'El Wayne
How do I work out the cost of applying Dis/Advantages to a sense? Because I don't know how much the sense costs, so how do I cost the addition of advantages and disadvantages?
Manic Typist
Re: Applying Dis/Advantages To Free Senses You look at how much the loss of that sense costs to model the power of the sense. I believe being blind, for instance, is 25 points. So, Normal Sight is 25 points. ...this is what I seem to recall reading. Edit: Yup, p. 349 5ER. Korren
Re: Applying Dis/Advantages To Free Senses I've always wanted to see a version of Hero where the things a normal human can do were point costed out. Then, instead of taking a Disad/Complication of negative points, you just didn't BUY that one 'power' that a normal human would have. So, Sight would be a Detect and a blind person wouldn't buy that 'power'. 2 cents, Korren
