Nolgroth
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects Now that Gemini Ascendant is sort of dead, I am currently planning on designing and running a fantasy campaign. Having learned some valuable lessons with Gemini, I will be doing an elaborate foundation of game and setting development before I ever solicit for players. I would also like, if it is possible to get the old crew together, to at least tie off the Gemini Ascendant story at a less ambiguous spot. So for ease of reference; Unnamed Fantasy HERO Campaign. About 10% done with the foundation for that. "Complete" Gemini Ascendant. At least enough to have some sort of defined ending.
Xavier Onassiss
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects In the coming year I'll continue working on the Terracide sourcebook for Star Hero. I'm eagerly waiting to find out when 6e Star Hero comes out; I'd like Terracide to be 100% 6th edition-ready when it's finished. For the curious, some early draft material can be found at Susano's site, but it's all due to be replaced as soon as I get around to it. Playtesting Terracide is also on my to-do list, but I'm going to be in the middle of nowhere-ville USA, 40min from Evansville, IN and 90min from Carbondale, IL. So finding other Hero players will involve some driving.... Don't look at me, Xavier Onassiss
hfergus
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects 1) Continue with my "Misfit League" adventure. Get Mechanon scenario started and eventually involved my own master supervillianess - Draconia Tempestas. Can change into dragon and summon demons. She's already been "introduced" but the players have no idea - yet. 2) Convert on ongoing but suspended D&D campaign into Hero system. This will take a while. BobGreenwade
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects I have a supervillains book under way, for probable publication mid-year. (The title is still undetermined.) That may be followed by a superhero world book (a different universe than the villains book, though the same publisher.) I'm temporarily putting Space Wizards (my high fantasy/space opera mashup) and Chaos Theory (a comical conspiracy theory world, featuring a Dark Champions-level team of super-agents as PCs) on hold. But note that that's just a "back burner" setting, not "I'm quitting them."
Susano
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects Working on various projects for BlackWyrm Games. If all goes well, that could include a martial arts character book and a supernatural creatures resource.
Certified
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects For 2010 my goal is not so Hero related. Over the course of last year I wrote a game. This year I'm going to be looking at getting play testers and hopefully finding a way to bring it to print.
KawangaKid
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects Work on the Shard-based SF/Space Opera setting I started in my blog and hopefully finish a sourcebook of sorts. Learn 6E, convert my old characters to it.

culhwch
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects These are my goals for 2010: 1) Continue in a couple D&D 3.5e campaigns 2) Convert some of those players to HERO 3) Continue working on my Traveller HERO campaign - this is related to goal #2. Since we have fantasy covered, I said I'd run a sci-fi campaign. 4) Read through the new Doctor Who RPG and convert to HERO....very low priority, although I might convert some of the stuff into Talents for the Traveller HERO campaign. Curufea
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects DWAITAS - update the resource continuity website of Rassilon, Omega and the Other guy to a modular XML format (currently underway here- http://www.curufea.com/rassilon/test.xml ) DWAITAS - make a useful Drupal website for storing characters, traits, gadgets and anything else related to the rpg (currently underway here- http://matrix.curufea.com ) Hero System - Using the rules at some stage this year would be nice, and would be a change from last year. Paranoia - Run another session or three. Board/Card games - design a few more, look into 3D CAM as well as other print on demand.
Drhoz
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects On top of my regular campaigns I'm doing Questions of Inheritance - a Call of Cthulhu module for Swancon. Richard Logue
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects I'm putting together a game featuring Victorian steampunk horror and masked mystery men. It's sort of pulp meets dime novel meets penny dreadful. I'm using the 7th Sea setting (Théah) advanced to 1888 with inspiration and material from Rippers, Victoriana, and Malifaux. And, of course, I'm using 6th edition HERO System. Does it sound like fun, or does it sound like a trainwreck?
Lethosos
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects I still need to actually start writing up my World of the Eight Sages furry wuxia source book. Bleaugh. Other than that, I'm looking at a friend's comic book world, Iron City (sorta like Hudson City but more esoteric in nature,) and work out both a website and write-ups of the heroes. Ranxerox
Re: Your "2010" Pet Gaming Projects Read Black Hawk Down. Uhhh, that would be reread Black Hawk Down for me. It's a decent place to start but I really wanted more local detail than the book (or movie) provides. Also, I suspect my players would like a better outcome than what those soldiers experienced.
