The Hooded One.

Xarrial's forces have many powerful warriors but no being strikes more fear into the hearts of his enemies and allies alike than the hooded one.

This sinister and mysterious figure stands at Xarrial's right hand the hooded one is the head of Xarrial's secret policy and intelligence agencies.

no one is sure of who or what the black cloaked figure that stands beside the throne and advises without a spoken word just the sense of a whispering tone in the mind.the hooded one is a cloaked figure wearing a hood that shows nothing but shadows and the barest sense of a pair of watch full eyes.

no-one knows how the hooded one looks and even those who spend a great deal of time in the throne room are unable to agree on even it's height or physique. In battle the hooded one will flee only to strike from concealment. some have attempted to unmask the devious spymaster but have just found themselves holding an empty cloak. No one but Xarrial knows if there is just one being beneath the cloak or a whole agency.the hooded one could be anyone anywhere or anything and those that plot against the great Xarrial's will never feel safe.

i assume he has a space at the top of the mountain where he can look down on his minions, receive conquered worlds representatives with their tribute and make dire pronouncements. of course now i'm picturing The Hooded one hovering over his shoulder like a cartoon devil. I bet there is a opulent antechamber where sycophants and his majordomo control who are allowed to the peak.

Probably. Except that thoes with free will usaly avoid the mountain. Thoes sycophants and majordomo instead force thoes Xarrial wants to converse with and he don't want to waist pressous vvp points up the mountain.

Ge5s

Ge5s is Majordomo gentlemans gentledroid and factotum to the court of the great Xarrial he(while technically sexless he has found that many species respond better to a male gendered avatar is a fastidious and hypercompetant artificial intelligence operating several gleaming Android bodya made of previous metals (visitors from the primitive backwater planet of earth have described it as art deco ) each avatar would be worth a considerable amount as a piece of art. ge5s is not a combatant but is more than capable of removing rowdy guests summoning as many units as necessary from the palaces service spaces to politly eject them from the premises. Though often his ascerbic wit and cutting remarks are actually more effective(ie huge ego blast with incantations requiring a high society roll.)

Ge5s is fluent in all major and most minor galactic languages as well as culture and etiqute for all galactic civilizations but getting the rest of Xarrial's court to follow them is like hearding cats.

Finally feel under the mountain palace are a network of industrial replicators capable of creating everything from food and drink to decorations right up to whole environment suites for visitors with unusual biology.

Ge5s is convinced that Xarrial's empire would collapse without him and is probably right half the time.

When a stuborn planet resists being conquered by Xarrial's forces, and Xarrial himself does not want to take direct action, he recreates Omegaday upon the opposing planet. Omegaday is extremely strong, extremely tough, and needs no food or air or sleep. Omegaday destroys all that lives upon the planet.

Xarrial can not control Omegaday. So most of the time he leaves Omegaday dead, and only resurrects him for destruction. If the planet summits, he rekills Omegaday and personaly accepts surrender. If Omegaday dies by the planets heros, Xarrial steps back and rethinks his stratagem.

We got 9. Out of a maximum of 13, thats not bad. I wasn't expecting to have so many ideas on this myself (I was only going to suggest Sa-Des and Krulabarb, and went overbord with the Doomsday clone, but I expect Xarrial to have a creacher like that to use as he sees fit.

The need for Xarrial's Eleat is that Xarrial himself is so freading powerful that sending him against a hero group in a non-Galatic Champions setting is like a fly against a human. You need seragents the hero can defeat.

Huge Hardara.

The most mighty of Be tzee's warrior harem the Male Marauders. Hardara was once the greatest champion of his world resplendent in his golden armour and wielding the mighty giga-stave he defended his world from the forces of Xarrial only to be brought low. He was given to her as a plaything and is now hopelessly addicted to her milk. he acts as her devoted body guard enforcer and toy. Even though he is now clad only in the briefest of cloathing to show of his impressive physique he is still a ferocious combatant who is driven into a berserk fury if his mistress is threatened. His homeworld is under oppression but a secret resistance force led by his former paramour Onda Lamm hopes to free both him and their world.

Kamagoblin

The Kamagoblins are the pawns of the group.  They are the few remaining specimens of a near dead race.  Their race's hierarchy was similar to a hive with a queen (though reptilian in appearance, rather than insectoid).  But, these few are a mutation.  As these few adapted into a sort of hive mind to survive, the cataclysms of their planet.  Thanks to their hive mind, they are essentially one entity in many bodies.  THeir usual method of attack, is a coordinated ambush, either mostly or completely from underground.  They are about 4.5 to 5 ft in height.  Not particularly powerful-except in numbers-but hard to put down.

Note: Their current number is varied (whatever is needed, I'd say squad to platoon size, but if used it could 3-4 on the low to a high in the 100s)

2nd Note: Came from thinking of the parademons.  Take them loosely, and mix them in with the Cell Jrs from DBZ  and then add them with a pinch of ghouls and/or other similar monsters.

Megawulf

Megawulf was created to be the 'brain' of the more animal-like creations of Xarrial. A savage man of super strength and toughness, he wields an energy axe and rides whatever savage animal-like being without free will of it's own.

Megawulf enjoys causing panic, terror, and mayhem and acts about as much as an animal as the beasts he rides.

Magnificent Martin

Sometimes Xarrial does not need to use force, he employs subtlety. Enter the orator Magnificent Martin whose rhetoric and persuasion are legendary. He is not much of a fighter relying on his voice and the power of his arguments to sway people. He is not much of a 'backstabber' and does not engage in the sort of office politics which have seen some rise and fall. His loyalty is only to Xarrial.

New Team: Five Barbarians

Five villains referred to as Barbarians. This comes from Chinese history as in the link below

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Five_Barbarians

The members of the team are all related to peoples once referred to as barbarians by others i.e. The Greeks called the Persians barbarians, conversely Alexander the Great's army destroyed Persopolis so a relation there would work.  The Romans called the Goths, Huns, Visgoths and Vandals barbarians and the Germans as well. They do not have to dress the same way but can be distantly related to one of these peoples.

Mo-Far is a Space Viking. He commands a longboat shaped spaceship and wields a mighty Space Hammer if War. Much like the earthen vikings, this huge and mucilear blond bearded and three eyed Space Viking only cares for looting and battle. Oh, and lots and lots of Space Meed.

Parthian

The Parthian is a Persian descendant of one of the last Shah's supporters. He enjoys the pre-Islamic past of Persia including how the ancients tortured and killed others. He is cultured but ultimately depraved. He provides the funding and some connections for the Barbarians to do their stuff. He is an expert with ancient weaponry but uses modern means to protect himself. He also acts as the groups de facto interrogator using old methods of torture to get to the facts.

Philip II

This Greek warrior is a direct descendent of Alexander the Great's forces. He is a fan of the work of so called Islamic State in that he rejoices in the destruction of the ancient monuments that they have perpetrated. It should be noted that he and The Parthian do not get on. Philip II is capable of duplication enabling him to form a phalanx which is greatly disturbing to people. The whole phalanx is armed with pikes and shields.

Paul Klugmann wanted it all and he had the trust fund to get it. He was an ok student but paying other people to get the answers was easier and better. But getting onto the football team when you don't have the build is more difficult. Luckily Paul was a long term planner and contacted a source to give him a gradual build up so he could play on the team. The rather eccentric Dr Richard Aldermann used a mixture of pills, ointments and special training to give Paul the physique and skill he wanted. At least that is what Paul believes. And later when Paul saw how people with powers were getting more attention he went back to the 'good' doctor who through a little more time and money was able to give Paul a supervillain identity including a shapechange so that he was safe as Paul and his new ID. Now as Muscle Menace, Paul gets to have fun as a villain. He has not killed anyone yet and has no interest in it as that might get too much attention.

Paul has yet to realise that he is now a pawn of Dr. Nymax! and would do his bidding without realising that he is doing it.

Growing up, Tammy Stork always got everything she wanted from her billionaire inventor daddy.  That eventually included his company Stork Enterprises, a controlling interest of which she inherited when he died in a car crash.  Unfortunately, Tammy has zero business sense and she quickly ran the company into the ground, though her father had known well enough to put some money into a trust fund that she couldn't touch, along with his penthouse apartment atop Stork Tower.  However, she couldn't live the high life she had enjoyed.

Exploring her new home one day, she discovered hidden stairs leading down to Tony's secret lab.  There, she discovered that he had secretly been the armored superhero known as Titan.  She ordered the lab's AI to modify one of his Titan suits to fit her.  And thus was Titaness born.  She doesn't know how to use about 70% of the various goodies in her battlesuit, but she's learned the basics of flying, super-strength, and firing her palm blasters.  Of course, she didn't see much point in dedicating herself to helping others like her poor misguided father.  Titaness does what she wants and takes what she wants and generally has a great time.
