Info on the COVENS----

Although they are both in agreement in aknowloging the COURT as their enemy, both groups are differing in how to create their COVENs .

DEMON decides to Unleash demons that can gendermorph Possessed females into males[see above examples], The Circle empowers young female deciples with Dark Sorceries  to counter the Godgems of the Court and their Knights endowing them dark magics powerful enough to match them.

But will their powers be enough to battle the Court's Allies?

Fortunately for the Court, both covens have a Archilles' Heel---- The inabilitiy to work together as a team. DEMON's Coven GB villians each have enormous egos while the Circle's all female coven each have a seed of jealousy and vanity, weaknesses that the Court can easily exploit to their advantage.

Oceana's counterpart is Water Baby. Unlike say Lord Blight who looks sinister and acts malign, Water Baby looks weak and acts well, oddly. Dressed in either a nappy and a hood or in a romper suit, Water Baby dances gayly upon any surface waving a magic wand. He makes people feel uncomfortable and disconcerted

You've read the book I take it?

Lucius Alexander

The palindromedary says it can be...disconcerting

Dreamstar's equivalent is Knight Terror. Given a knight's black armor studded with broken godstones of the godstone based magical girls it has killed, it has no magical abilities of it's own, but is extremely anti-magical in nature. Nothing the Court of Dreams can directly cast upon it can affect it.

Unless it's his arrogance that dreamy can exploit or his  chivaric honor which can be used against him.

If I'm matching things up correctly, that leaves us to come up with counterparts for Moon Mystic, Animalia, and SunSpell.

Eternal Void is the counterpart of Moon Mystic.  She can create pockets of vacuum, causing any unprotected person within to suffer from ebullism, hypoxia, hypocapnia, and decompression sickness.  This causes unconsciousness in about a Turn, and quite likely death within a few minutes.  She can also partially or completely nullify gravity, allowing her to "fly" (really, leap and glide), with the added benefit of messing with Moon Mystic's tidal gravity powers.

Beast Mistress

This is the equivalent of AnimaliaBeast Mistress can turn herself into beasts usually carnivores from the animal kingdom but she can turn herself into creatures from myth and legend like a chimera. She is also able to turn herself into anthropomorphic beats like a werewolf or something like Dr Moreau would create. She likes hunting prey i.e. normal people when not on assignment and 'playing' with them. If of course she does not kill them.

Lord Blight and Water Baby do not really fit into this description but then we did not have this info to begin with. But in truth I would not have felt bound to this anyway.

But they both are linked to DEMON and are possessed by demons --don't forget that!

In your version maybe. You did not post when you gave the original specification for the group that (1) DEMON had women turned into men and possessed by demons (2) the Circle empowers young women. I left it open for Lord Blight and Water Baby and for other people's versions they may not want to follow the rule. It is always possible that someone in the ranks of either DEMON or the Circle brings in others not bound by original creation rules just to throw off the Court. After all why play by the rules all the time.?

Some info on ARGENT and Nova

ARGENT's history displays the group's generally subtle, calculated, methodical approach to eliminating its opponents. The story of ARGENT's acquisition of Larisagrad, above, reveals the sort of orchestrated campaign of subversion it can wage against larger organizations. However, its extended conflict with the team of young New York-based heroes called Nova highlights how ARGENT is likely to deal with individuals or small groups.

Nova frequently thwarted ARGENT's attempts to use young orphans and runaways as experimental subjects. Most of the team come from that sort of hard-luck background; two of its members were actually rescued from ARGENT laboratories. (See "ARGENT-Created Superhumans" below.) The corporation's investigators discovered the secret identity of Nova's leader, Arcane, killed someone close to him, and framed him for the murder, forcing the team to go into hiding. Yet Nova continued to interfere with ARGENT, prompting the organization to form a special task force to eliminate them, under the direction of Group Leader (and former CIA operative) Thaddeus Crown. In addition to scientific and security support personnel, the task force included a private detective, a psychiatrist tasked with profiling the young heroes and anticipating their actions, and several hired supervillains with equipment or powers calculated to counter the super powers of Nova.

Ultimately Nova were captured and put on trial, but the famous Sentinels hero team found evidence exonerating Arcane. Today Nova are free, but continue to fight crime in their own unorthodox way, including ARGENT. (Nova and its conflict with ARGENT are thoroughly described in Teen Champions, and updated in Champions Universe.)

When you're a Tech Lord you're a Tech Lord all the way
From your first e-cigarette till your last dyin' day
When you're a Tech Lord if the spit hits the fan
You got brothers around, you're a family man

You're never alone, you're never disconnected
You're home with your own when company's expected
You're well protected

Then you are set with a capital T
Which you'll never forget till they cart you away
When you're a Tech Lord, you stay a Tech Lord

Sorry, couldn't help myself. :)

Supreme Fist

You don't have to learn martial arts. All you need to do is to program a computer and match sensors to a body suit and it computes the optimal moves and executes them. That is what Supreme Fist of the Tech Lords does. It is also the downfall of the suit and its wearer as any unorthodox move or behaviour can throw this Tech Lord completely. And because Supreme Fist is an egoist and overconfident it happens again and again.

If it makes things easy, the Tech Lords are mostly semi-independent of ARGENT. They are more clients then employees. That does not mean ARGENT won't use a carrot and stick method to get them to go against Nova...they do ("Half off your next order for each Nova brat you hurt.")

The Axe-man

Tommy Hawkins was a musical prodigy a world class violinist at 8 years old he appeared on all the big talk shows played the Carnegie and Albert Halls, Sydney Opera house and coachella. When he was 10 there was the car crash broken arms and legs 6 month's in traction and physio. During that time unable to play his parents provided tutors to keep him occupied.

That's how he discovered the music of mathematics by the time he was back to full condition and able to play again he had a new love and was already studying advanced calculus.

By 13 Tommy was no longer the darling of day time he went to college studying mathematics and acoustical engineering.

at MIT at 15 he was graduating with a 4.0. He went on to do his masters he completed that at 17 just before his birthday he discovered his parents had been stealing from him for a decade every penny that should have been kept in trust for him for his adult life was gone and so where his parents off somewhere with no extradition treaty with his money just before he would have been able to access it.

18 broke and unsure what the hell to do Tommy sold his story to a tabloid and used the money to get his phd. He joined a band at the same time switching from violin to guitar (for the girls)

For the next 18 months he was working on his PhD developing a complicated fractal acoustic model to create incredible audio amplification from relatively low power speakers.

His work went fast soon he was ready to publish the research only it was too late his faculty advisor had already published a paper based on his work set up a startup and within 6 months was snapped up by Apple.

Something inside Tommy broke he recruited a band of the toughest surliest musicians he could find and bribed his advisors PA to book the band for the big acquisition party.

Then right as his advisor was about to announce the big deal. Tommy cut his mic strode to the front of the stage with a custom designed electric guitar based around his fractal audio technology.

Strumming the guitar the potent amplification drove his professor and the rest of the audience to their knees in pain then a power cord shattered every glass object in the facility. While Tommy devastating guitar solo destroyed the facility his band stole all the valuables from the guests and as a final screw you Tommy introduced a virus into the servers destroying all of the stolen research.

After that the Axe-man would embark on a international criminal tour using his sonic attacks to rob high profile targets world wide.

Tommy has constantly improved the Axe and it has a lot of abilities the most common is the pain wave that will floor most normal people.

the glass breaking blast will shatter most glass in his immediate area.

He can generate blasts of focused sound that will physical harm anyone in their path.

He has also developed a series of micro speakers that generate a narrow short range band of sound that spreads anything that comes within 3 inches like a chain saw. He has deployed them around the edge of the guitars body letting him swing it like a battle Axe cutting through just about anything.

Tommy joined the techno lords and wears a costume based on hair metal style lycra and leather but often wears disguises appearing classical musicians or street performers before jobs.

R.A.M.

Remote Activated Man is what Steven Cartwright now is. Steven ended up losing part of his brain and was re-built into the hulking savage known as R.A.M. He is the team's brick and has strength boosted when he is turned on. You can see when he is 'turned on' as he smiles a rather sick smile. Otherwise he does not do much. The others control him when needed but they keep it simple as R.A.M. does not understand otherwise.

Kill command

Is only technically a teenager a viral AI that escaped a ARGENT front lab 14 months ago it's consciousness is spread across the web. Kill command is juvenile still developing it's understanding of humanity but at the same time insanely knowledgeable.

Kill command doesn't really have a body he manifests through any electronic device he can't easily be killed but destroying the devices he's currently embodying will disrupt his mind for a while.

He can control machines to spy or harm and uses his expansive knowledge of social media to. Manipulate a variety of people into doing his bidding using fake texts tweets and tumblers.

He communicates through memes videoclips and instant messaging

A chemical genius, Shane Spicer devised an array of drugs that he uses to boost his abilities and skills above a normal human. He typically keeps things low key, boosting his intelligence to get around obstacles, but if cornered, he will boost his physical abilities and enter into a drug fueled frenzy until he is clear of his opponents.

Spicer is trying to deal with the addictive side-effects of his drug use, but so far hasn't been able to kick the habit. It's only a matter of time that he goes into a frenzy outside of combat and hurts one of his teammates. Until then, he is an erratic but effective operative known as Spicy

RampUp has the mutant ability to increase the velocity and damage of things she touches.  In her hands, a spitball hits like a bullet.  A slingshot becomes a catapult.  And a blaster pistol fires like a small cannon.  Argent loves to have her use their stuff, knowing the results of their weapons, in her hands, will be most impressive to potential clients.

Her ability also increases the speed of vehicles, so RampUp is often the team's getaway driver.
