Artemis Tumeric, aka the Water Boy, is arguably one of the most powerful members of the Justified League of Anarchists -- if only he knew it.  He actually controls water in all its forms, but Artie only thinks he's a bit stronger and tougher than normal, can swim really fast, and can talk to and control fish.  (As to the latter, he's actually interacting with the fluids in their brains, and if he wished he could communicate with land animals, or even command people's actions.  That's why he can communicate with and control whales, which are mammals instead of fish.  But Artie insists they're fish.)

Marvin the Living Tank

Just how many weapon systems can you put on a battlesuit ? Go see Marvin the Living Tank and be amazed. The suit can be customised to house rail guns, gauss cannons, missile arrays or magnetic bombards. And howitzers. Let's not forget them. Most heroes can't get close enough to do anything to him. The suit is well armoured as well as configured to regulate heat build up and loss due to the weapons. This is the guy that teaches people to dive for cover. Some people tried to hold people hostage in order to get him to give up the suit. It did not work. Then he took on contracts to find those responsible and kill them. No-one has seen the pilot of the human sized 'mech as it is referred to and there are theories that there is more than one operator and more than one base suit.

The villain known as Scavenger wears a battlesuit that looks like it was slapped together late last night in a scrap yard - mismatched armor panels, second-hand jet boots, makeshift blaster cannons, and strapped-on sensory gear, all powered by a series of differently-shaped batteries hanging on his belt.  After beating tech foes, Scavenger has been known to strip them of useful equipment that often makes its way into future iterations of his armor.  He's even rewired parts of his armor on the fly to change weapon or equipment configurations.  While far from the most powerful member of the Contraptions, Scavenger is one of the most versatile.

The Cabbitt is a gentle creature resembling a squirrel crossed with a rabbit. Do not be fooled. THis monster can turn into a flying ship bristling with firepower and willing to rain fire down on targets.

The Tunneller

When dealing with battlesuits most people look either up or horizontally because the they know about flying suits and and are used to tanks. They don't tend to look down. Enter The Tunneller ! This battlesuit was designed to allow the user to get to machinery below ground and fix it but was adapted by an unscrupulous individual to allow them to dig into vaults and make off with cash etc. One enterprising hero group figured that all they needed to do was flood The Tunneller and that would put paid to him. He had thought of this and was thus able to make his escape.

I had a kid in a campaign I ran ten years ago. And I upgraded his animal shapeshifting to any animal he could think of from a yugioh card or anime if he had an example to show me.

The team gets kidnapped to another planet by their old enemies, the Octomen, to be executed. They were under power restraints. One of the guys couldn't be restrained in this manner. He breaks the restraint on shapechanging kid. Shapechanger says I turn into the Cabbit, then spaceship. He wrecks the building, saves the team, and flies out of there while putting holes in their fleet.

I was like okay, good job on that.

All the kids had anime inspired heroes from what I could remember except for Pack. He had a copy of the predator. Chris had the shapechanger who started out as an alien beast boy, who upgraded after helping an NPC become one of the Kings of Hell. Mickey had a mix of a guy from yu yu hakosho and something else. Ryan had Inuyasha.

Chris really saved his team when they needed something to push them over the top.

The Incredibly Dynamic Clam is Danny D'Angelo, a technokinetic who travels around in an armored flying "Clamshell" whose exterior is covered with ports for various cameras, sensors, weapons, and what-have-you.  Joey actually uses his technopathy to create most of his sensors and weapons on the fly, tailoring them to fit a specific foe or the current situation.

Dr Feelgood

This villain has the ability to paralyse a victim through the pleasure centres of the body. He calls this particular attack Roxette and often disguises his ability through the use of Milk and Alcohol.

There is already a Doctor Fealgood in Paradise City. He was a drug dealer at war with Mister Brownstone. We can assume that this is a new Dr. Fealgood, as the original Doctor Fealgood lost the war and his life.

Or he might of won the war and changed his name to Fealgood Inc. (A Gorillaz song). Who can tell? Either way, the name is sorta free to be used.

Joseph Lloyd Williams carries around a self-designed portable electronic keyboard, with which he can play anything from fast-paced songs that make enemies feel like they're going to extremes and blazing melodies that leave them wondering who started the fire, all the way down to retro-style songs that leave foes standing silently listening for the longest time.  Despite  his criminal career, he insists he's an innocent man, so don't ask him why.  After all, he's only human.

Of course, Joe L. is referred to as The Piano Man.
