Truly one of the ugliest girl dolls ever invented it was only fitting that one of the Rascalz range was turned into something evil. Manipulative and often referred to as 'Lady Chucky', Rascalz is a malicious, evil smiling thing who will use poisons and sharp implements to accomplish their ends.

Strech Killem

 

Strech Killem was once a syrup filled stretching 'action figure'. Modified in his golem self, he bounces about and strangles all he comes across. Or expels some of the syrup inside him to tangle targets.

The villainous mastermind of the group that Killjoy Killroy created was Don't Care Bear. This evil mastermind plots to spread doom and devastation and brings the others in using means that only an adult would think of. Don't Care Bear has a broken heart emblem on his stomach which is only visible if his detective overcoat is opened. He usually implies that he has damage on his abdomen and thus this should not be shown to people. He sends this out as a telepathic suggestion. He wears a hat and dark glasses and uses a similar excuse, damage to the head and missing eye.

 

New Team: Chinese Zodiac

This team of villains are based on the 12 signs of the Chinese Zodiac.

Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse Goat/Sheep, Monkey. Rooster, Dog, Pig

They can be men or women but minimum of two men if the others are women and vice versa.

They can be lycanthropes i.e. Wererat, Weretiger or Wereboar for example or they can wear a mask of their chosen sign. But they are somehow linked to the sign.

I was thinking about a cartoon I heard about where Gundams are used like Pokemon, but transformers and robotech also fits the bill.

Xue Gou(Blood Hook)

 

Representing the Year of the Pig is Wei Po-Yuan. Ever since birth he was inflicted with a never ending hunger that no matter what how much he eat he could never be sated. When he was 15 he was visited by a E Gui, a hungry ghost, that told him he must consume human flesh to finally quell his appetite. Wei driven mad by his affliction over the years desperately followed the instructions and committed his first murder and feasted upon the victim. His hunger finally ended and he became stronger and more powerful. Since then he has become a notorious serial killer who wields a massive metal hook and wears a makeshift pig mask he fashioned out of human flesh. As long as he periodically eats human flesh he remains super-humanly strong and resistant to injury.

Snakeskin.

 

Roberto Rodriguez is the villain Snakeskin.  His mutant powers allows him to partially or fully shed his skin, much like a snake. He can quickly fashion his skin into whips and binds, and even chokes people to death.

 

Unfortunately,  because he is a homosuperior, his flesh is not considered human for Xue Gou's purposes.

Hana Watanabe- is Sailor Easter.  A childhood fan of magical girl anime. She now wears a "sailor schoolgirl inspired outfit" along with bunny ears.  She joined the Chinese Zodiac team, after her failed attempt to join the X-Mas Men.   She carries around an Easter basket filled with "egg" grenades.

 

Note: Hey, the X-mas Men got filled before I could use her, so here is my chance to take the rabbit spot.

Long

 

Long is really in this whole thing for his own amusement. He doesn't need the money - he's pretty wealthy. But on occasion he finds himself fighting someone who can actually challenge him, or has powers that his inherent near-indestructibility and immense strength can't deal with, and that makes the whole situation worthwhile - boredom is the enemy.

His teammates assume he took the name "Long" ("Dragon" in Chinese) as symbolic of his powers. He's never bothered to inform them that it's just him being literal.

Greatest Of All Time

 

Though his name is rather difficult for most, he strenuously objects to anyone abbreviating it to GOAT. Despite the fact that his main combat tactic is to charge people and hit them with the horns that project up from his scalp and skull, a blow that hits like a freight train, out of all proportion to his actual speed and strength. His only other known power is that he can bite through any material and digest anything he can fit into his mouth, destroying it utterly. It takes him seconds to eat his way out of a pair of handcuffs, or to disable an alarm system by consuming it. His limited powers are offset by an amazingly diverse and well-developed suite of skills and proficiencies, he seems to know how to do just about everything and he seems to know someone everywhere he goes. When the CZ goes traveling, he normally serves as their guide, handler, translator and go-between.

Dr Clement Blatchford was determined that whatever Dr Nymax! could do, he could do better. Thus he created the Omnitron which could turn someone into so much more a quasi superpower creation device. He then needed guinea pigs for his experiments. With so many homeless and poor needing money there was quite the pool for the doctor to select and 'improve'. There was also the option of abducting people who were the correct physical type and then working on them as well. And the Omnitron worked. Upto a point. You see it could gift people powers but there was always a drawback. And that is how you get Top Notch ,the Marvellous Horse. Part man, part horse but less of a centaur and more of an anthropomorphic horse. Clyde Nadder was the poor unfortunate sap who was turned into Top Notch. He was one of the goons who was kidnapping people for the doctor and happened to be knocked into the Omnitron when heroes came calling. Originally tapped in his new form, he can now change form from Clyde and Top Notch but how is a mystery. In horse form his hands become hooves and he can cause quite a bit of damage with them. He is also quite speedy which he can match in Clyde form if he can get behind the wheel of a car.

From the scientist who gave you Top Notch, comes Mouse Girl (yeah, yeah, fused with rat DNA, she insists on Mouse not rat, ok)

 

She was one of those kidnapped homeless.  A teenage runaway, barely 5 ft tall.  Perfect for rodent experiments.  Not much changed for her in appearance, what did change was in physicality. Her skeleton took on the rat's ability to contortion its way through just about anything.  She has become the team's spy/scout/data gatherer.  

 

She doesn't get all that involved in team fights.  When the Zodiac does battle, she usually stays hidden, lying in wait, for an opportunity to sneak attack.  Usually in the form of an enemy engaged with one of her teammates, and tipping the odds in favor of her teammate (usually delivering a sneak attack for teammate to get the upper hand, with a double team option if needed, thereafter).  On a mission, when chased or cornered, she can give a high-pitched "cheep" to knock the heroes equilibrium off long enough to escape.

 

Generally will not help Long in battle, as he would surely frown on help, as he seems to enjoy his battles.  And she really really does not like even being in the same room as Snakeskin, and will only do so during team meetings or at least a couple of others are there.  To her disgust, he is probably, one of the best that she works in tandem with in double teams.

Ox

 

No one is quite sure where Ox came from. Best bet is that he's some type of mutant, but whether he's a mutated man with Ox features, or a mutated human with man features...all that's certain is that he was found in the jungles of northern Vietnam, and quickly became a solid member of the community that found him. Despite the stereotypes, he's actually pretty smart as well as strong, and he fit in fine with the peasants and farmers of his village, once they got used to his unusual appearance.

That was in 1949.

Ox had the brains to avoid the Indo-China War, and the US-led Vietnam War. But the Chinese invasion in the late 70s saw his village smashed and his friends dislocated or killed. 

Ox may be the only member of the CZ who's overly political, and his politics is simple: smash the state. Governments are for fools and weaklings.

Ox isn't a brick, though he is tough and strong. He prefers to engage at range, with hand grenades (which he can throw at grenade launcher velocities)or his M-60.

The Gwailou Tigress

 

Vivian Liu is the one who brought the members of the CZ together. The daughter of 24K Triad boss Da-shin Liu who, because of her mixed Chinese/British heritage, would never be allowed to takeover the 24Ks when he passed away. She did not let this stop her and channeling her fortune from her own criminal empire in the UK she took over the 24Ks by force with the CZ and now has established herself as a major crime boss in Hong Kong. While not a super powered individual she does not shy away from getting her hands bloody, quite literally, with a pair of reinforced steel tiger claw gauntlets. Ruthless and brilliant she won't be satisfied with her conquests and with the power of the CZ she aims to expand her empire further.

Red Rooster

 

Otherwise known as Giant Chicken Man, Red Rooster is a large rooster and by large I mean over 7 feet tall. Aside from an ear splitting cockcrow it has a dangerous peck and vicious claws. To the dismay of many it can grin. It is loyal to Vivian, appearing one day when rivals attacked her and her supporters. After making chicken-meat out of her enemies including racing after some who were getting away, it returned to Vivian and bowed. It is her attack dog, rather than bodyguard. It understands when it cannot get into a place because its is conspicuous. I mean a giant chicken does attract attention. It seems to understand Chinese, English, French and Spanish and has a grasp of strategy knowing when to retreat and when to sneak up on people. Vivian has had extensive background done on the beast but can find no record of who created it nor why. It is not a robot and that is why Vivian has had some armour made for it to protect its body. Vivian has also given it specific code words for attacks including its awful 'death from above' attack.

 

That leaves Dog.

Tak Sabata is Kuro Inu, the Black Dog of the Zodiac. Like others bearing that name around the world, he is the master of luck produced dooms and the quick escape.

Someone has broken into labs around the world from Argent, Viper, Harmon Industries, and others. They have stolen technology based around railguns and armored suits. Who are the five villains known as the Slingshots.

(any technology that can be built from magnets is acceptable, not just cannons.)

Arlo Spellman took the weapons tech the Sling Shots stole and turned himself into a human rocket. The magnetic drive in his suit can propel him at speeds above the speed of sound while driving away anything that might get in his way. Spellman took on the name Projectile.

The Ringmaster

 

This member of the group has an armoured suit which protects him from gunfire and knives. He is then able to launch rings via the magnets in the suit which can cause all sorts of effects. These can carry flash grenades or energy blasts for example. They can also act as a shield but it is not that reliable. He cannot fly or move very fast. The current Ringmaster is Gary Blade.

Le Flipper(Pinball)

 

Sophie Boucer was a gymnast and acrobat studying at the Academie Fratellini when she and several other students were recruited by one of the instructors to form the Cirque Des Voleurs(Circus of Thieves). They operated for a few years until the gang was broken up by French super team the Nouveau Gardien. Boucer was then recruited into the Slingshots. She wears a silver reflective light armor power suit that can repel away and attract toward any metal and using this Le Flipper bounces from target to target inflicting considerable damage. She is very difficult to hit as she twists and tumbles around using the suit to quickly change direction and easily dodge attacks. The suit provides her with protection and cushions her from the collisions as she strikes her targets.
