Jinji

Never let it be said that Dr Clement Blatchford is a nice guy. Why leave someone alone to leave a normal humdrum life when you can meddle in it and turn them into something spectacular ? That is what happened to Chloe Jones who had an ordinary life in Middle America. She had a regular job with no real chance of promotion or being noticed. Her looks were below average so she was on her own. And she would have remained that way probably to her dying day except she was admitted to hospital after a failed bank robbery. The police had used gas and smoke in storming the bank and so all the customers who were held hostage had to be taken to hospital for a check up. The doctor had snatch squads working across the US and they bagged Chloe at the hospital and whisked her off to the doctor's laboratory. Gleefully Clement threw her into the Omnitron and set the machine to fabulous. And that is how Chloe came out as the Golden Pheasant Jinji. Chloe was transformed from an ugly duckling to a stunning specimen albeit one with feathers. However Chloe did not get mindwiped like the others and is not subservient in the way the others can be. She has learned Japanese and Chinese which really surprised her. She has no idea what to do but she does not want to be a criminal.

She is not as comfortable as Huxian or Red Panda and lets them have front and centre in the beauty stakes.

Morris Carbunkle was a lowly lab assistant to Clement Blatchford whose prickly nature and overall unpleasant appearance vexed the bad doctor something fierce. Thus he one day had the annoying oaf thrown into the Omnitron. What came out was a spiny quill covered pig snouted monster. Blatchford was overjoyed! He had stumbled upon another member of his Zodiac he dubbed Haozhu.

In a magical kingdom next door to where the Fairy Man and Cannon started their personal war, seven tyrants have split the realm. Occasionally these villains raid Earth and come into contact with the heroes and law enforcement here. Who are these seven kings or queens.

Let's base these Imagineers off Disney heroes

Lord Dumboar

A monstrous flying humanoid boar who was once a slave who threw off his chains and slew his masters. However, spurned on by the evil Mocking Crows his rampage didn't cease until he had devastated the land and usurped the old ruler. He is a vicious leader who dominates his subjects through intimidation and cruelty. His excursions to Earth have all been about attempted conquest and forcing all to bow to his power or face his brutal wrath.

Mercules

Mercules, was for hire to several of the other tyrants, before carving out his own domain.  In some ways, his people are the most "liberated"  has he is semi-disinterested in actual rule.  Just doing enough, so the others don't complain about outlaws running amok across his borders.

Mercules true interest is physical power.  Desiring to become the strongest most Badass fighter that ever lived.  His excursion to Earth, is mostly as personal challenges to find powerful beings he can best.  To become even stronger.

Meredith

This red haired archer has an accent that some cannot understand. Her actions often unleash cursed magic and she can always shoot arrows through anyone that the magic misses. She killed her parents and siblings in order to rule so don't believe for a second that she will spare you.

New Team: The Los Angeles Trust bank robbery marked a new development in criminal planning. Two sets of crooks brought together to conduct  a theft and getaway.

Your mission should you choose to accept it is to detail one of the seven thieves involved

Four went into the bank to steal cash or other valuables while three remained outside who were tasked with the getaway part of the.plan.

They can be of either sex.

No one member of each subset could engineer the robbery or escape on their own i.e. a telekinetic could hold only a specific volume and no instant teleporting away.

As each subset works well on their own they can be named separately i.e. Foursome and Three of a Kind. And you can't use those names.

Wings was the getaway specialist, originally from the Velocite team. She flew the high-speed. high-cargo capacity vectored thrust VTOL to carry off the take and the assault team, while the other two members of the skirmish team made their own exits.

Marie Chonnielle was an engineer and pilot for Dassault-Mirage. She had some out-of-the-box ideas on how to make a good VTOL aircraft, but because it wasn't conventional (and because she was a woman) she was never taken seriously. Angered at the treatment she received, she stole the parts to build her craft, Le Frelon (Hornet), and offered her services to the French thieves, figuring if she couldn't be respected, she could at least be rich.

Marie Penelope Lupin is Lady Lupin. Somehow related to the infamous master thief Lupin The 3rd, Lady Lupin wants to prove that she is just as much a master thief as his relative is.

She wields various gadgets under her sports coat. None of them are directly weapons (sure, she has glass cutters and darts with lines in them, and sleep has dispensers, but nothing too dangerous). She also has an unnatural attraction to men.

Needless to say, she is a part of the thief team. And basically a cross gendered tribute to Lupin the 3rd.

Boomer

Chuck Kaminski is an old school villain who has been operating since the late 80s. A military experiment turned him into a brick with explosive punches. He is with the inside team and his job is to crack the main vault and provide the muscle to carry out massive amounts of loot. In theory he could bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the group, but his constant complaining about how "these kids don't know nothing" and "this is how we did it in my day" don't go over that well with his teammates.

Zoomer

Ayden Reese is a teenage mutant speedster who has formed a partnership with Boomer. He was with the inside team and  provided crowd control and quickly bagged loot for Boomer to carry out to Wings VTOL. His relationship with Boomer is very antagonistic and they are constantly verbally sparing. Zoomer in general gets under the skin of the team and really everyone he encounters with his superspeed ADHD, non stop chatter and memeing.

Hillbilly Hoss

Jeb Sutherland was already a biggun before he fell into a vat of experimental growth formula on his daddy's farm. Now he is a supersized southern bred scrapper who loves a good fight and can do some serious damage. He is very competitive with the other Big Men and turns every battle or encounter into a contest of who can whoop the most ass or destroy the most property. He is also notorious for his drunken rampages after he brews up a vat of his special moonshine.

Mountain Man

Martin Crawley was an explorer and trapper who disappeared into the wilderness as did many others. What has come out of the wilderness now is well, pretty peculiar. It looks like the stereotypical mountain man only much larger. He is huge. A giant. And his clothes fit him. Skins from beaver and what not. Maybe that can be explained. Maybe. But not the gun. Old Bessie. No one could manufacture a shotgun that size. How he got that size is unknown. Martin thinks it was 'Injun magic. But it could be something else. Telepaths have confirmed that Martin believes what he says in true.

He can track across most terrains, the more desolate the better. He is not fond of modern technology and will happily destroy cars and computers with nary a moment's hesitation. He trusts the others about the modern world but does not trust anyone else.

For those of you that thinks this is familiar, it is based off a Villains and Vigilantes character.
