death tribble
The Spirit Private Cole Remard was one of the casualties of World War II but he keeps coming back. He possesses a body and keeps on fighting. This makes him the perfect spy. He is immune to mental abilities when taking over another body. Some people volunteer to be a host and in that capacity he is attending memorial day. Quackhell
Quackhell
Corporal Maya "Lucky" Lopez served in Iraq with the most recent iteration of the Brigade and is the first female to be a member. She earned the nickname Lucky after surviving some heavy engagements without a scratch. However her luck finally ran out when an IED was triggered while she was on a patrol. She lost the majority of her left arm, both legs and received major damage to her torso. She eventually volunteered for a new cybernetics program and this time her luck held as she was one of the only participants whose body did not reject the implanted tech. Her cybernetic left arm grants her heightened strength, her legs heightened speed and leaping power, and her torso is lined with an armor plating protecting her vital organs. New Team: The Utility Players- Five heroes whose powers correspond with public utilities like gas, electricity, water, recycling, wind power, sewage etc. death tribble
csyphrett
(I am working on a hazard scout for my project. I might as well put him here so I remember the name.) Josh Tiptree is Power Man. He has the ability to control electricity, but not make it. Essentially he can take the power from a building and turn that into an arc, or to run some piece of equipment that can't be plugged in, or drain batteries. death tribble
The Gasman He appears with a gas mask on his face and then creates a cloud which is a gas. Most forms are non-lethal and just render people unconscious. He can however create things like mustard gas to kill insect swarms or a gas that is flammable which can then be blown up. The one thing he does that irritates people is to pester those who think that gas refers to petrol. It has gotten him into trouble. Quackhell
Water Works- Ruthie Sullivan is a plumber and inventor who created a juryrigged water powered set of armor made up of various plates, pipes, valves and hoses. The armor is outfitted with an internal water supply, but when she connects it to an outside source she amps the power of her wrist mounted water cannons and her water jump jet boots to frankly wildly out of control and dangerous levels. It is not unheard of for Water Works to end up flying through the air on the end of a hose while flailing and firing powerful streams in all directions, but she means well. csyphrett
Arlen Gould is the super powered Jet Stream. His control of the air is absolute and deadly in every way. death tribble
Sanitos The one member of the group that villains hate fighting is Sanitos as he works in the sewage industry. While he wears protective clothing other people are not so lucky. He can blind them, knock them out, paralyse them with a powerful stench or bind them. Jet Stream is very useful in cleaning up the mess that Sanitos might make. New Team: The Music Society These heroes use music to solve and fright crime. This can be through song, playing an instrument or conducting. Any type of music from orchestral to acoustic, from jazz to pop to rock to heavy metal. Up to 5 members with at least one woman. Quackhell
Il Conduttore-Claudio Luisi was conducting a symphony orchestra when the music hall was attacked by supervillain the Mad Maestro. He wrecked havoc while raving that all music was inferior to his creations. Luckily the superhero Valorosa was also in attendance and the two battled. As Luisi scrambled to escape he grabbed his music sheets and baton. However the baton was one of Mad Maestro's and was enchanted. Immediately feeling the power Luisi channeled his musical training to help Valorosa defeat the crazed conductor. Inspired Luisi became a hero himself. His baton is magically powered and allows Il Conduttore to create a variety of effects all accompanied by appropriate music generated by the baton. Flight, inducing sleep, powerful destructive sound waves, and a deafening cacophony are amongst his most used effects. death tribble
death tribble
Johnny Banjo Usually villains don't get to fight with music around but those that do have come to fear Johnny Banjo. One of the reasons why is that he'll start off by playing the Duelling Banjo bit from the film Deliverance. This has the effect of unnerving them. Another reason is that that they cannot see him. But they can hear him. His music can calm people down and even put them to sleep but this can depend on their musical taste. It has been said that he once put one villain to sleep by playing Enter Sandman by Metallica Quackhell
Quackhell
The Orchestrator- Chelsea Walsh is the team leader and the person that brought them together. While her own musical ability is sadly lacking she has an almost extrasensory ability when it comes to listening to sounds and uses that to determine patterns and be able to predict dangers and potential disasters and crimes. It allows her to see a situation like a robbery or a kidnapping and create a plan that allows the team to execute their abilities in conjunction to produce as she says "beautiful music" and win the day. She utilizes the Sounding Room in the Music Society's base of operations, called the The Conservatory, to magnify and "read" sounds that the team broadcast back to her while in the field. death tribble

csyphrett
France's School of the Gifted teaches potential heroes how to use their powers. death tribble
Tricolore It is a great honour to be selected to be Tricolore as this is one of the premier heroes or heroines of the republic. The School of the Gifted is the institution which trains the individuals to become this hero. They have to be born in France itself to French parents. Michelle Dubois is the current holder of this office. They are based at the school so that they don't have to go through the whole secret identity business. Tricolore is the hero that is seen and thus does not have invisibility much like other flag wearing supers. What most villains are unaware of is that attacks based on national character or what the country has done have no effect on her as this has been specifically warded against although by what means is uncertain. Quackhell
Reveuse- Sophia Caron is a quiet introverted 13 year old whose mutant ability is triggered by her narcolepsy. When she falls asleep she transforms into an adult golden skinned woman with powers of flight, super strength, damage resistance and energy projection. Her personality in her "dream state" is brimming with confidence, assertiveness and she is a natural leader. death tribble
La Petite Marianne Isabelle Belmondo is La Petite Marianne which is basically the Marianne in training. Once she has completed her schooling she will be thoroughly trained before assuming duties even if the current Marianne is dead or disabled. The French learned their lessons about rushing someone into service early. As with Tricolore, Isabelle will be conditioned to resist specific anti-French attacks/sentiments because those who are symbols of their country seem to attract more of a bounty than other heroes. Isabelle does not really like training with Michelle Dubois as Tricolore is fully trained and can easily beat her. Both are trained in savate (because French) but Isabelle will not be fully ready for another couple of years. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marianne Quackhell

Hermit
New Team: Stunners aka "O.G. Gang" Number on team: 5 Concept: While they call themselves the Stunners (and each and every member is an incredibly hot looking young woman between the ages of 22-28), these superheroines are also informally referred to as The O.G. Gang. O.G does not stand for "Original Gangsters" but rather "Opera Gloves", for each team member wears a set. There's a reason for that, though the women do not advertise it, the gloves are the source of their powers. In their secret Identities, each Stunner is actually a middle aged women who were members of a book club who had saved a magician from certain death. He rewarded them with a box full of gloves that granted each one youth, beauty, and powers but only as long as the gloves stayed on! The book club has since become a superhero team, with each woman trying to deal with the temptation of spending more time as their hotter sexier younger selves but they are doing a lot of good and saving lives. csyphrett and Quackhell 1
death tribble
Ingenue This member of the group wears a pair of blood red opera gloves. On top of these she wears a number of rings which people have come to believe are the source of her powers. When one was stolen while in combat Ingenue reduced the level of her powers and did not use one which gave rise to the theory. One of the reasons she did this was she was becoming addicted to the new life and needed to find a way to control it. She got the ring back and returned to normal but has now worked out which of her rings does what. She is one of the younger members of the group in real life. She is able to fly, generate a force fieid and unleash a number of concussive blasts. She firmly believes in the code of the police in that you do not kill and you follow the laws of the land. Thumper
Noir, also known as Amelia Waterstone, is the oldest member of the Stunners and wears a pair of jet black opera gloves that grant her control over the Shadowforce. This mysterious extra-dimensional "matter" absorbs light and can easily shift from solid to desolid state, allowing Noir to create "solid shadows" that she uses to form barriers, entangle foes and project blasts of force. Naturally she can create a field of gaseous darkness that blinds her enemies without hindering movement. Noir can see through her own darkness fields (and all other forms of darkness), pass through her own barriers, and can even "merge with shadows," becoming desolid within her own darkness field. Because her shadowforce can pass through physical objects, she can use this ability to walk through walls. Amelia is thoroughly addicted to her powers and lives almost constantly as Noir, much to the consternation of her teammates. Amelia has grown more cold and aloof since gaining her powers, and has disturbing tendency to mock her companions good intentions and suggest the many ways the quintet could use their powers to grow rich and powerful, allowing them to truly enjoy their gifts. As Noir, Amelia wears her magical opera gloves, a slinky black dress, a black mink stole, and wide brimmed hat with a lace veil.
