The car changes shape to fit the conditions of whatever planet the race is on at the moment. See Plus has been known to do solid projections as part of his suite of powers to help people during catastrophes. It was this bon mot which set Professor Rudyard Inglethorpe on the causeway to greatness. It was he who developed Boing ! which in turn inspired the creation of Bouncey Bouncey ! the revolutionary vehicle which can bounce on any surface. It is piloted by Kenneth Clark a mild mannered motor journalist by day and in his secret identity Klipspringer Supreme pilot of the aforementioned vehicle. Mr Clark carries a variety of things in the vehicle which will aid in a rescue as well as a variety of disguises which he needs as he goes from journalist to antelope based hero and back again. The Ride's primary abilities are in its hardened skin and tentacular reach. The Princess is a very good swordswoman, kickboxer, and had a master of exotic plants to fit the occasion. Her driving seems effortless and she is very popular across the Orient. She is skilled at engineering problems and has some skill at improvising solutions to save structures, vehicles and personnel. Sarah is not her real name but the sponsors and everyone else needed a flashy catchy name to excite the imagination. Sarah speaks English, Japanese, Dutch, Spanish and several Chinese dialects. Nominally the villain of the group who will use any means to win, The Hood plays up the sinister aspect and laughs like a lunatic also doing the whole 'Curses ! Foiled again !' bit. The car is not a small one and more resembles a tank, albeit one that can float. What the other racers know and that most people do not is that there are at least two people in the car maybe more who operate it and play the Hood. Some people have bought into this so much they truly think that the Hood is a crook and contact him to rig the race and/or do bad deeds. This has lead to some of the others being attacked but they never succeed. The car can carry supplies that the others need but not passengers when they are performing good deeds. Although it has been claimed that the Hatchback has been used to carry people away from perilous situations while unconscious. New Team The Saintly Six This is a heroic version of Spiderman's Sinister Six. When he discovered OI CEO Parker Osgood had nefarious plans for his multi-arm exo-skeleton prototype he left the company taking his work with him. While working on the exo-skeleton in his lab he was attacked by the supervillain Spider Goblin. Squire survived thanks to his prototype, but he was injured and ended up fused to the apparatus. Although she is unhappy to be bald she does not wear a wig although she does 'paint' on eyebrows. She acts as aerial reconnaissance for the group and can arrange aerial attacks. Quackhell Posted October 11, 2019 Report Share Posted October 11, 2019 Silica Markie Williams was a small time thief who was framed for the murder of Ben Osgood(Osgood actually faked his death and became the criminal mastermind The Great Power) After a couple of years in prison she managed to escape only to be hunted down by the Spider Goblin(Parker Osgood Ben's nephew). He took Williams to a disused Osgood Industries test facility planning to torture and kill her. She managed to get free, but ended up trapped in a test lab. The goblin bomb that was thrown into the lab should have killed her, but it ended up activating an irradiated silicon dust in the lab that bonded with her body. She was able to transform into this dust and escaped. She was on the run and committing crimes to survive when she was confronted by Honey Buzzard and Unicorn. Upon hearing her story she was recruited into the Six and looks to clear her name and win back her freedom while battling evil. They always appear under a different identity both male and female. They approached the team and provided invaluable information about the underworld and supercriminal activity in the city. The other team members are a bit wary but thus far UnSub has proven to be a resourceful and steadfast ally. New Team: The Second-Raters A six member team operating in Chicago. Their official name is actually the Second City Crusaders, but they have been given this unflattering nickname by some of the press and public. However he caused a lot of damage when fighting the double act Detroit Piston and Detroit Express who managed to get him to run into shop windows and cause havoc in the malls. The fact that the two villains escaped and have plagued him and the city since has not helped his rep. However he does have supporters in the Fire, Medical and Police Departments after saving lives by getting people to hospital and acting as a bullet shield for example. He keeps his full potential hidden so he is considered weak for not having abilities away from the tracks. She loved that her city had a hero that lived there and protected it. When she discovered the Book of Atum Re and recreated the Scarab of the Sun, she decided that she should be a real Blue Beetle. DC was not amused and ordered her to cease and desist using the Blue Beetle name. His favorite form is a brown bear, which goes well with his Chicago Bears cap and curries him some favor with local football fans. However, during a fight with the mentalist Control Phreak, he was forced into a berserker frenzy and maimed several bystanders. While not arrested or charged by police due to the mentalist's obvious influence, Animagus is still feared by many (and truthfully, sometimes by himself as well). She can be effective but her reputation suffered because of the villain Deacon Night who was a master publicist and media manipulator. She was damned with faint praise which was a far better tactic rather than framing her. It got to her leading to a crisis of confidence but her colleagues got her through it. His hair is, however, nearly indestructible, so if he gets it wrapped around you enough times, it's incredibly tough to escape. - - - - - - I suspect we've had something like this, but a quick search couldn't find anything, so here goes: The five heroes of Reconstruction, Ltd. have powers or gear that allow them to quickly and efficiently repair the property damage typically done during super-battles.
