Chasseur

Martin Louis is an ex-Gendarme, noted for his ability to track people or animals across wilderness and rural areas, a skill he perfected as a boy in rural Brittany. His career came to an end when he tracked a disgruntled bomber back to his shack - only to have it blow up in his face, leaving him blind and with only one arm.

Enter the shadowy Unit Europa, a trans-Europe attempt at an answer to US and Russian enhanced soldier programs. Using cybernetic replacement parts and implants, they restored Martin to far better then previous. He can now see in a much broader spectrum, catch scent like a bloodhound, and has a powerful select-fire rifle built into his right arm.

Cazadora

From Spain comes the hunter Cazadora. She can track people across deserts, jungles, mountains, swamps, snowscapes  and the seas. She can also track people across the cities although this is a recent skillset. She usually gets close enough to use a camera gun to confirm a target that is being pursued but she can use firearms. The others trust her to get close to a target to confirm as there are disguise experts and morphs around.

 Jäger

Alexander König was once a criminal who specialized in helping fugitives escape the authorities. He was betrayed by the ruthless serial killer known as Nagel and was only sparred from death by the arrival of the hero Der Richter. Recovering from his injuries while imprisoned he vowed to reform and use the same skills he once employed to hide criminals to now find them and bring them to justice. He has been successful, but thus far his very personal hunt for Nagel continues.

Doesn’t he have a cousin who’s a reporter in Chicago?

Os Olhos

Abilio Ramos was a programmer working for Incite Incorporated on a state of the art telecommunications network. He would eventually discover that Incite was controlled by Portugal's most dangerous criminal mastermind The Visigoth. He also found  that the program he was a part of could hack cctv security cameras, satellite imaging, cellphone and web cameras etc granting the Visigoth a huge intelligence network to aid in his schemes. Ramos managed to steal the tech and also sabotage the source material putting the research and development back years. He became a fugitive from Visigoth and was able to make contact with the rest of the team and offer his services. His skills at utilizing the tech to track down targets and to coordinate the massive amount of information that he needs to process are near superhuman. He operates form his high-tech Hub and communicates information to the other members of the team in the field.

Big Game Hunter

The one big stereotype of the group is from England and he is the epitome of a safari hunter. He has a variety of guns which he can use to bring down supervillains and even dinosaurs. He has one very odd power. No gun that he uses can be wrenched from his hands by telekinesis nor can they be disintegrated, melted or broken by brute strength. This alarms people who suddenly find that the guy with the gun can't be disabled quickly. He talks in an old fashioned way and is eminently quotable. And yes he does wear an old fashioned safari outfit. He also understands quite a few languages and can make himself understood.

That makes six, the next entry finishes the team and picks the new team

The Gentleman

Always perfectly groomed, in his neat suit, bowler hat and brolly, the leader of the team. His Bartitsu skills, personal courage and the sword hidden in his umbrella are not to be underestimated, but it's his quick mind and charismatic drive that more often resolve the day.

After the Constables broke up, he just kept doing what he did. He got a couple of assistants to aid him in the 1970s, before falling out of the public eye...who knows what he's doing since then?

Dick Daring

A flamboyant army man, Dick will kill an opponent if it means saving the life of another. He can use any weapon and is skilled at driving most vehicles. He uses a sword as he prefers to disarm an opponent rather than kill them. He relied on the others to do the detective work while he did the stealth and fighting. Dick was killed in 1969 foiling an attempt to steal or destroy the Concorde on its test flight.

And as Sundog did John Steed from The Avengers, I did a version of Adam Adamant Lives !

Number 12

The man known as Number 12 use to be known by the code name Spylord before he retired from the cold war. Originally pressed into service via the organization of spys known as The Villa, he decided to join The Constables once they destroyed The Villa's private prison for spys (disguised as a village of some kind). He kept his destination of Number 12 as a reminder that the past can haunt you.

When the Constables broke up, Number 12 seemed to just disappear. It is noted that Number 12 and the Gentleman are good friends from a long past time, which may be the reason the Constables attacked The Villa in the first place.

(Spoiler tag no longer works.) Three guesses about who this guy is. And the first two don't count.

Based upon The Prisoner. Which is kinda based on Action Man. It was either him, another Steed clone (one is enough), the Doctor, or Sapphir And Steel (which is beyond this time period).

Tracy Nelson had devised a system to respond to threats to the country using aircraft with robotic crews onboard to solve threats where humans couldn't go. Calling her equipment Scarlet Thunder, Tracy remained unknown to the general public. One of her enemies found out who she was and destroyed her headquarters with the Scarlet Thunder machines inside. The explosion inside the complex made sure no one could identify her body if they could find it.

The Sinner

A modern day Robin Hood who targeted a wide variety of criminals and used his charisma and charm to bamboozle them out of money and into the hands of the law. He always left a mocking calling card with a stick figure with devil horns for his targets once his schemes reached a conclusion. He crossed paths with the Gentleman who overlooked his less than legal tactics to add him to the roster of the Constables.

TV show countdown. We have representatives of:

The Avengers (the Gentleman)

Adam Adamant Lives (Dick Daring)

Action Man/The Prisoner (Number 12)

Thunderbirds (Tracy Nelson)

The Saint (The Sinner)

The next member is The Professor. A highly intelligent man who only goes by the name The Professor. Nobody knows exactly what he is a professor of, or even his full name. All what is known is that he is extremely eccentric and his name sends chills up the spines of aliens all throughout the galaxy and beyond. He clames that he is stranded on Earth because of some no humor fuddy duddies from where he is originally from.

(Basically Doctor 4 from Doctor Who.)

New Team: The Revolt

Dr. Ganesh, the last hero of an alternate dimension Earth, has used his limited scientific resources to recruit six individuals to help free his planet from a tyrannical dictatorship. Standing in the way is the team of super-powered loyalists known as The Mission:

The Master, a powerful psionic.

The Mystery, a ghost like entity.

The Mighty, a massive superstrong brute.

The Miracle, a supreme martial artist.

The Marvel, a  mercurial speedster.

The Misery, a sadistic sorceress.

The heroes recruited were all pulled from different alternate realities and were chosen because they have powers that mirror the members of the Mission or abilities that can counter them.
