These chemicals not only granted him super-speed, but also the ability to nearly instantly design, assemble, and use weapons on the fly. To his continuous irritation, he has been dubbed Quick Draw McCall by the press, and the name has stuck despite attempts by McCall to change it. Edit: I intended him to be a Weapon Master, not a gadgeteer (though I suppose the new-weapons-on-the-fly may seem like gadgeteering). Rumour has it that she gained her powers when she was struck by lightning whilst standing on the steps of the Lincoln memorial. A stunning blonde with hair like amber waves of grain she wears a short sleeved blue top with a white star and white Shorts with red strips. Her hands are covered by red fingerless gloves and matching bearers. she wears a blue utility belt with ten pouches with five stars in each. She wears red goggles to disguise her identity. Now with all the time in the world Dr quick has been able to devote himself to the projects he never had time for he has become hugely productive. creating dozens of amazing devices which he now uses to support his XLR 8 teammates. as a side benefit while out of temporal phase Doc Quick can move around as if teleporting able to get anywhere he can get to normally in the blink of an eye. Doc Quick is a bona-fide genius and polymath if an intellectual problem needs solving he can go into accelerated time and solve even the hardest problem In moments. He isn’t much of a tactician but using his intellect knowledge of anatomy, physics, Biology and superhuman physiology he can easily find ways to defeat even the toughest foes and share them with his teammates, (find weaknesses useable by others). OIF find weakness with incantations usable by up to 8 others. There are some other flavour powers you could add from ultimate speedster speed reading 360 vision (instant) freeze time look around and unfreeze equally clairesense look freeze time go have a look over there then come back. You could buy an indirect energy blast with the SFX of him accelerating walking over decelerating to blast an opponent at short range then accelerate again. Life support no need to sleep to represent accelerationg and having a nap in seconds. You could also buy triggered recovery to represent accelerating and having a break. Simone Duvall had minor energy powers but during a major storm that had temporal properties she was severely injured. The storm also accelerated her powers so she became a speedster with quite the suite of energy powers. She wears a body suit to disguise the injuries on her body and her face. In fact, he's even more sensitive than many albinos, so he prefers to spend time underground or indoors (only coming out at night). Along the way, Ben discovered that he has psionic power (his strongest is Mental Illusions, though he is pretty well-versed in Telepathy as well). He serves the Underground as The Albino. How exactly is unknown but now he is the go to guy for Underground work particularly underground rescue operations. He is not the leader of the group but work well with the others. He can sense life even when it is buried which makes him invaluable for earthquake rescue. He prefers the company of the group as ordinary people tend to overwhelm him. It did not used to be this way. Hazel Mandwell was a dancer at Mysteries when the mafia decided they needed a stooge to be the face of the club and made her it. Hazel was aware that she was aiding and abetting crime but can you say no to the mafia ? Hazel thought not. However it was not the police or the federal agents that took an unwelcome interest in the club. It was a vampire. He caught her unawares and turned into a vampire and then unleashed her on her former employers. Then he tried to use her on a crime spree on the city. This was stopped by a hero group and she was captured along with her master and his other minions. The trial resulted in the conviction of the vampires and their servants but as the master and some of the other servants had committed murders elsewhere, they faced the death penalty for their deeds and were executed. Hazel had the mob's lawyers defend her and they were able to persuade the jury and the heroes that while culpable for crimes committed in the city, she had been under the control of a vampire and thus not totally responsible for her actions. It helped that she had not killed anyone (at least that is what everyone believes, her former employers were killed by her). Hazel managed to get away with a suspended sentence and the public knowledge that she is a vampire and is monitored by the police, the city council, various federal agencies and hero groups. Hazel reopened Mysteries as 'Mystery Night' and styles herself as Countess Yorga after the film Count Yorga. She usually appears in black or white dresses that come down to her ankles. She has white blonde hair that comes down to her shoulder at most. Like the book version of Dracula, Hazel can be abroad in daylight though she does not like it. Having worked for the mafia and a vampire, Hazel knows what it is like to be controlled so the club is run very fairly which attracts the best dancers and staff. It also attracts the crowds, (resident vampire anyone ?). The books are also open to the IRS and FBI on a regular basis as a way of ensuring that everything is above board. The lawyers are happy because their employers are now gone although Hazel is still a client. However Hazel also had the yearning to do more as penance and with the help of the hero group helped found The Ex-Cons. Hazel prefers to work in secret and wears a mask and concealing costume to hide her identity whenever she has to go out with the others. No sooner had a glowing article appeared declaring him Wall Street's new golden boy then the truth was revealed. He was arrested and revealed to be the Manipulator. An electric villain who had been using his powers to affect computer systems and steal money and secrets. He was also able to fowl up the electrical impulses in the human brain getting people to tell him their secrets. After getting out of prision an with no chance to get a job on Wall Street he was considering going into villainy full time when Countess Yorga There is a bit of tenson between the two because of the Manipulator's ablity o affect peoples minds and he seems to have an interest in her, but so far he's been a solid member of the team. Known as Thousand Cuts, Bloward's reputation was made when he produced a storm of these blades and shot down a Primus shuttle when a squad was dispatched to arrest him. Luckily, he didn't kill anyone with that stunt, but Primus took him a lot more seriously afterwards. He served his time and got training as a beautician. He was asked to join the team when the Countess wanted someone with some offensive power. He enjoys being a hero as much as he ever did being a villain.
