Followup: Requirements for adding persistent

Hi Steve,

 

The previous poster was not asking a rules question as such.

 

Instead, he was asking a Hero Designer question that has been escalated as far as it can go within that forum.

 

We are just trying get a resolution to a problem in Hero Designer where it is not adhering to the relevant rules in the FAQ. We understand the rule and want to use the rule within the Hero Games sanctioned software but the program's designer (Dan Simon) is stating in no uncertain terms that the program is functioning exactly as his employer (You) has requested.

 

*I have already sent you a personal message with more specifics but did not get a response.

 

Please help.

Please don't post "questions" attempting to explain what other people are asking. If someone asks a question and wants to explain it, he should do so himself. Even assuming I've misunderstood it, there's no guaranteeing you haven't too.
