I planned on having the character's STR be at half END, however, HD tells me that Reduced END is not an allowable Advantage because "STR Doesn't Cost END". Am I forgetting something in the rules, or am I doing something wrong in HD, or is there some completely different reason I'm utterly missing for why this doesn't work/isn't allowed? Leave the value of the "Power" at zero, but choose the Add Modifier to Base Characteristic button and you get Naked Modifiers.
