Background/History: From: http://www.comicvine.com/hulk/29-2267/

Dr. Robert Bruce Banner was born to Dr. Brian Banner and his wife Rebecca. Rebecca loved Bruce very much, but her drunken husband Brian was jealous of the attention she gave to their son. Brian also thought that Bruce wasn't human due to genetic modifications Brian had made to himself. One day Brian killed his wife and was placed in a mental institution. Bruce would grow up hiding all his pain and live with his aunt Mrs. Drake. Dr. Robert Bruce Banner grew up to be a brilliant scientist and started working for the U.S. Department of Defense, in charge of an experimental Gamma Bomb.

A teenager named Rick Jones took a dare from some friends to drive inside of an off-limits Military-run atomic testing range seconds before a powerful Gamma-ray Bomb was due to be detonated. The scientist/physicist Bruce Banner had selflessly endangered himself to save the life of a boy whom had wandered onto the grounds of a secret military bomb testing range just moments before the detonation of the top secret Gamma Bomb. Banner told his colleague, Igor Starsky (real name Igor Drenkov) to hold the test, but Igor was a Soviet agent and did no such thing. Hoping for Banner's death, and the end of his project, Igor allowed the test to continue. Dr. Banner then dashed to the teenager and sped with him towards a nearby trench. Frantically, Dr. Banner hurled Rick Jones into the crevice where the teenager was shielded from the mysterious, menacing Gamma Rays. But, at that very second, standing in the open, exposed and un-sheltered, the heroic Bruce Banner absorbed the full impact of the gamma explosion, even though the center of the blast was a good five miles away. His ear-piercing screams filled the desert air, as the scientist lost all sense of time and space. As a strange, awesome change took place in the atomic structure of his body. A short time later,

Dr. Banner regained consciousness at the base hospital, with Rick Jones standing by his side. Rick Jones swore never to leave Dr. Banner again. During the rescue, Banner's body was irradiated by the gamma blast which, when combined with his own unique genetics, led to the birth of the Incredible Hulk. As the sun set, the Geiger counter on a nearby table began to tick louder and louder until Bruce Banner had turned into the most dangerous living creature on earth.

Version: The Professor or Merged Hulk

This is the Hulk with Banner more or less in control. Though he can still go into rages and his strength is terrifying, he's more about using his might intelligently.

Personality/Motivation: This is Banner's unrepressed personality; he's brave, smart, decisive, and the hero he wants to be. Direct and straight-forward, Bruce lacks the passive-aggressive simmering anger he's carried around, instead is more actively aggressive and isn't about to let others dictate to him.

That said, he wants to do the right thing and works well with others. He has a bit of an overconfident streak in him, but not sos you'd notice.

Quote: "You wouldn't like me when I'm angry."

Powers/Tactics: this version of the Hulk fights like someone with a lot of experience and genius intellect to command his superhuman strength. He doesn't lose his cool as easily as other versions and as a consequence doesn't get to tap his Adrenaline Surge at will. To compensate, he's much smarter at how he uses his strength.

Campaign Use: This is a more heroic version of the Hulk.

Dr. Banner is available for all your Physics-based Questions.

Appearance: The Hulk is a classic heroic monster, human enough to evoke sympathy and display recognizable emotion, and monsterous enough to evoke fear. He has been displayed in wildly different sizes, but this is a good average, 7'7'' tall and over 1100 lbs of petulant muscle. His skin is a bright green with his oft mussed hair darker, almost black, and his eyes blue...just kidding! They're green.

He spent much of his career in tattered purple pants.

This version tends to dress better, though his clothes rarely survive his lifestyle. My fave look is blue cargo pants (with spots for gadgets), and a black muscle shirt.

Version: Joe Fixit

This is the "Gray" Hulk, the Joe Fixit version is the smallest and weakest (to begin with anyway) but he is smart, cunning, and capable incombat

Personality/Motivation: Joe is a unique persona, like the Savage Hulk. You could say he personifies Banner's selfishness. Joe Fixit is morally ambiguous, cantankerous, greedy, horny, lazy, hedonistic, and rough edged. He could be said to be Banner's wish fullfillment run amok. He's been shown on occasion to have a (tightly reigned in) conscience. He detests most of the other personailities.

Quote: "This is not gonna be pretty."

Powers/Tactics: Joe Fixit is a weaker version of the hulk who compensates by being a superior fighter. Like the merged version, he has difficulty accessing the rage-induced strength. In addition he seems to have a much lower limit.

Campaign Use: A leg-breaker in Vegas. This version of the hulk is a great antagonist for lower powered heroes, he's capable of doing the right thing but he's just as capable of being an obstinate jerk who messes up anyone who gets in his way.

Appearance: Joe Fixit is a massive man with slate gray skin and black hair. He dresses in tailored suits when he can.

Version: World-Breaker

This is the Ultimate antagonist version of the Hulk. Banner's brain, driven by a seething rage and wreaking havoc.

Personality/Motivation: This version of the Hulk is angry at the world. Specifically the Super"Heroes" who have basically sought to eliminate him (at least he thinks so).

He mourns the loss of his wife and people. He intends to take down the Illuminati, but he's still not a killer.

Quote: "You wouldn't like me when I'm angry."

Powers/Tactics: this version of the Hulk fights like someone with a lot of experience and genius intellect to command his superhuman strength. This version has no problems hulking up. He's a cagy combatant and has a fondness for gladiator weapons.

Campaign Use: Run. This Hulk is angry.

Appearance: The World-Breaker is the hulk at his most massive, dressed in gladiator gear and with a really unpleasant look in his eye.

Background/History: http://www.comicvine.com/she-hulk/29-1449/

Jennifer Walters is the daughter of Sheriff Morris Walters. Jennifer is also the cousin of Bruce Banner, a.k.a. The Incredible Hulk.

Though she was five years younger than Bruce, Jennifer developed a close sister-and-brother relationship with her cousin while they were growing up together. After they reached adulthood, they eventually went their separate ways as they both pursued different careers. Jennifer studied for a career in law and eventually became a lawyer.

She attended UCLA School of Law where she became one of the top legal scholars and earned her Junior Doctor Degree there. She would eventually earn her Master’s degree at Harvard Law School. One day, Bruce decided to visit Jennifer and re-establish their once close relationship. Unfortunately on that very same day, Jennifer was shot and seriously wounded by men working for Nicholas Trask, a crime boss who had once been an enemy of her father and also the enemy of one of Jennifer’s clients.

To save Jennifer's life, Bruce gave his cousin a blood transfusion of his own blood since there were no other donors of her type available. Bruce's gamma-radiated blood caused Jennifer to transform into the savage She-Hulk. Jennifer first transformed into the She-Hulk when Trask’s men came to finish off Jennifer by posing as doctors. However, Jennifer quickly recognized them, and in fear for her life, transformed into the She-Hulk, easily dispatching the would-be killers.

Personality/Motivation: One of the most emotionally stable of the Gamma-Powered metahumans of the Marvel Universe, Jen Walters still has a tendency to act out in her jade giantess form. For her, this manifests in a fun-loving, party-gal personality.

Though she can be serious, She-Hulk is a wise-cracking kind of combatant, and she isn't afraid to speak her mind on any subject. That said she's nigh fearless and really a stand-up hero in every sense of the word. Being a superhuman sex-symbol has been a wild ride, though she's more than capable of forming long lasting relationships.

Over the course of her career, far more so than her cousin, She-Hulk has become one of the most dependable and popular heroes of her generation. She takes pride in that. She's also coming to terms with her "smaller" self.

Powers/Tactics: When she started her career, She-Hulk was a simple brawler, a little quicker on the uptake than many of her contemporaries but that was it. Now she's a highly trained fighter in either form. She's cagey and intelligent and not just a little confident.

Since her inception her powers have been only superficially similar to the Hulk's; she's lacked the personality shifts, the adrenaline boosts, the different forms, but her 3rd comic series really established her links to Bruce's alter ego far more closely. Like the Dr. Banner version of the Hulk she really needs to be angry or desperate to access her extra might. Her powers are all bought OIHID, since her personality change is so minor you can't really tell them apart.

She also has powers her cousin never dreamed of - mostly in the form of her good looks. She has used them to her advantage in combat on more than one occasion; at least the online sources always mentioned it.

Campaign Use: Jennifer Walters is the daughter of a sheriff, a successful trial lawyer, a former SHIELD agent and has been a member of both of the Marvel Universes' premier American super teams. She's a natural contact for legal related issues, and charges less than Matt Murdoch (j/k) She's one of the strongest women on Earth, and has the training and know-how to go toe to toe with just about anyone.

She's also one of the friendlier heroes out there.

Appearance: As Jennifer Walters: Height: 5'10, Weight: 140lbs, Eyes: Green, Hair: Brown

As the Sensational She-Hulk: Height 6'7'', Weight 700lbs, Eyes: Green, Hair: Green, Body: Bodacious.

The realization that her She-Hulk form amplifies her physical abilities rather than replaces them came later in her career, but in her defense she was used to being She-Hulk all the time. Now Jen works out quite a bit and while she's not va va voom, she's always been attractive. She dresses casually except when appearing in court, then she prefers dark business suits with skirts.

As She-Hulk she has a similar wardrobe only bigger. And she changes her heroic "Uniform" often, but it's design is generally a one piece bathing suit, reinforced to fit her life style. Sometimes she wears belts or gloves or other accessories, other times not. Her favorite uniform colors seem to be blues or purples.

Dr. Banner I presume

This is a version of Banner who has seen so much in his life, he's been to other planets and time shared the most powerful physical body the Earth has ever seen. He is about controlling his impulses and has been forced to learn to take care of himself.

Version: Banner

Personality/Motivation: This is "normal" Banner. He's passive-aggressive, repressed, and his good points occasionally get over shadowed by his inability to express himself.

Quote: "You wouldn't like me when I'm angry."

Powers/Tactics: At this point, Bruce Banner is about as competent as one can be without being a costumed fighter. He has a lot of experience to draw on, even if he can't use it as effectively without the Hulk's might.

Campaign Use: Dr. Banner is available for all your Physics-based Questions.

Appearance: A bookish fellow with brown hair, blue eyes and glasses. In excellent shape. dresses in street clothes often a lab coat.

By the way, this guy, if used as an associated file for the Hulks brings the cost of the Multiform to 84 as written. I suppose you could alter the base points down and the xp spent up to make it closer to 50...but my point totals are so high I never worry about it.

Re: The Incredible Hulk

Didn't have time to read all of them over yet' date=' but I did notice one thing: somewhere around WWH, the Hulk evolved past the point of needing to breathe at all.[/quote']

ok gotcha. I know it was mentioned he could breath water now, will update.

Hey, do any fans know about his ability to Absorb/Emit Gamma radiation?

Also if there are any Rulk fans (Crickets) I plan on attempting he and She Rulk as well as A-Bomb, Abomination Classic, Aborrition (She-Abomination, not to be confused with Abominatrix), Doc Samson, Leader, and some of the others, Half-Life, Ogress, Hotshot...any other gamma's I should include?

Re: The Incredible Hulk

Back in 2003, Game Trade magazine had an article containing the Hulk written up for Champions, Mutants & Masterminds, Silver Age Sentinels, and the new Marvel RPG.

The online article is gone now, but the Wayback Machine is your friend.

EDIT: For some reason, the Wayback Machine doesn't like its own link. From the link above, you have to click the link to search the archived GTM PDF pages, and then click the link for the Hulk article, and then click on the June 21, 2004 archive, which is the link I posted above.
