This collection would be available as a free PDF through DriveThruRPG.com. We have a HERO conversion that is old and HERO Games will grant permission *IF* the conversion conforms to current edition (preferred) or at least up to 5th Edition. We are asking for a HERO guru to take the old version we have and bring it into the 21st Century. The goal is to make the world available to more GMs and their groups.
