My only comment would be that I always thought the hero in the Iron Man-esque battle suit was called "Titan." At least according to my set of Champions hero miniatures made by Grenadier in 1984, "Dove" resembled Hawkman, while "Titan" was the character who resembled Iron Man. (Might that be Titan on the back of 1e Champions?)

Here's a 6e Translation of the Champions New Millennium Version of The Marksman. It was translated from the 6e version and is only missing the 14- Find weakness with All Attacks because I forgot/didn't care to translate that power. Also I ignored the "Crippled" Physical Limitation, mostly due to it not making sense with the character's Regen. Also the character didn't need that many Complications. The 4e version appeared on the Hero Games website in 1998, As far as I know this character is the property of Bruce Harlick.

I keep thinking about Titan (the artist formerly misidentified as Dove) and his "trapped in his suit" issue. I love a good powersuit hero, but clearly there is no focus at play here. He also appears to be Iron Man inspired -- so that's the angle I'm taking. We, frankly, know so little about him.

I second that. As I herd it, Dove was partely inspired by the Greatest American Hero show (which means nothing). But that is second hand knolage from people with second hand knolage. I would proably go with Titan traped in his armor than Dove. Dove should keep his super-good reputation powers thoe.
