Alas, while the answer is a good one, it answers my side comment rather than my actual question. Serves me right - my own verbosity got me.
To simplify, if a character has used his Duplication, and it is then reduced to 0 through a Drain (or simply Dispelled), what becomes of the duplicates already in existence? The Summons are easy - that's an Instant power so they hang around. But what happens to the Duplicates, which are Persistent?
