Edsel Posted June 19, 2013 Report Share Posted June 19, 2013 Looking at the powers of the Wraith it seems that most of the Wight's powers were copied into it. The result is that the Hero Designer Wraith is much different from the version printed in the Mess of Monsters PDF. I also see that parts of the Mess of Monsters Wraith contradict itself. For instance the MoM Wraith's powers give it 10 rPD whereas the summary in the Characteristics section lists only 6 rPD. It is difficult to determine what the exact write up was supposed to be. He has 6rED and 6rPD plus 2rPD that only apply to slash and piercing damage and 2 more rPD that only apply to piercing. Anything in HD is not "not rules" or "the character". HD, whether the program itself, or a character pack or prefab, never supersedes the books. Wraith and Wight both start with W so it was probably a copy/paste error.
