Enhanced Senses: Radio Perception/Transmission. OAF is OAF, naturally.

A two-way radio, in other words.

Also how you would build a mobile phone, if you weren't going to treat them as Everyman gear.

That's an interesting artifact of Champions/HERO's early 80s origin. Smart phones, with their cameras, data transmission and storage abilities are something else again.

I'm thinking a ES: HRRP OAF: Cell Phone (-1) 6 Points

Eidetic Memory: Audio/Visual Only (-1/2), OAF: Cell Phone (-1) 2 Points

Higher end versions could also add Lightning Calculator and Bump of Direction.

Shows why having a VPP 20 Points is a  must for most heroes.

I'm working on a Green Lantern homage, but don't plan to have a ring focus. I've looked at HM's GL and borrowed ideas from it, have you got a GL version?

Here is a Green Lantern not using a Ring.
