This is the best version of Wonder Woman I've come up with so far.  Most of her OIHID/Gestures Powers reflect her Bracelets (FF), Magic Lasso (Mind Control/Stretching), and Invisible Plane (Flight).

Cassandra I plugged in the Crimefighter template in Hero Designer and it came to 234 pts. and the slot with EB variable effects came to 3 pts not 2 pt. Not complaining nice template hust thought you should know.

Ps. I just used your template to write up the Black Panther from PDSH in about 4 clicks! Though I do have to go back and finely tune him. Such as it says that he is good with a knife but I didn't buy him one.

Got into my DC and Marvel encyclopedias and built She Hulk and the Teen Titans' Starfire.

 

She Hulk doesn't transform because of a radiation accident and she likes being green anyway.

 

Starfire has had some combat training and gained her energy blast because of experimentation at the hands of her sister Blackfire.

Wildfire was a Quality Comics super heroine who appeared in Smash Comics issues #25 through #37.  As a child she survived a forrest fire that killed her parents because the Spirit of Fire admired her courage.  He granted her powers and she was later adopted by a wealthy couple.  She is super strong (She threw an Armored Car) and can shoot fire blasts and can fly.  The Frog was the only real costumed villain she faced who captured her with chloroform, but tried to kill her by putting her in a furness.
