Steve Long Posted March 11, 2014 Report Share Posted March 11, 2014 If an Automaton is being controlled by a Computer, the default rule is that you use the lower of the OCV and DCV the two entities have to determine the effective OCV and DCV (much like with Vehicles and drivers in vehicular combat).
