Most of the people on the list are British actors who were mainly notable in their homeland. DT would probably find an American notables list rather confusing.

 

But later on in the list, you get icons like Charles Aznavour and Dolores O'Riordan (of the Cranberries). Aznavour lived more than ninety years and was one of the great stories of persistence being rewarded -- he was in his forties when he became famous and left a legacy for the ages as a performer and songwriter.  O'Riordan took herself out of the world far too soon, leaving behind some of the great recordings of the '90s and "00s with songs like "Zombie" and "Linger".
